I have been coming here for the past several days. The hot and cold coffee options have been consistent, but the beignets are mouth watering. Good work environment to catch up on work. Good seating and stable tables, plenty of outlets for charging station. Clean bathrooms. Primarily drive-thru traffic, which makes it better for indoor quiet space. The customer service from Jeri is exceptional. Check out this hidden gem in the Sienna area!

When I am in my old neighborhood in Sienna, I love stopping by PJ’s. The staff is nice, but the service is not good. It seems like you are waiting in the drive-thru too long. I have been to other locations where it is super busy, and the wait time is not long. Either this location doesn’t have enough workers or they are not trained very well to multi-task. Two customers were lost today due to long wait times.

We stopped in for the First Responders Family Fun Day event and had a great experience. I had a praline and cream latte, and my wife had a brewed coffee. We all shared some beignets—they were really good. The kids got their faces painted, played some games, and even painted rocks. The manager was especially nice and made us feel welcome. Great service, great coffee, and a great family-friendly atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back!

Had the worst matcha I’ve ever tasted. Went through the drive through, the guy helping was very personable. Pleasant and quick experience, but I ordered a simple matcha latte that ended up being super watered down and virtually unpalatable. I threw it away after a few sips because of how bad it tasted. I’m thoroughly disappointed, as the other PJs I’ve visited had pretty decent matcha lattes. Will not be returning.

The quality of service has significantly diminished since the Grand Opening of this location. The past 3 times I have visited and there has been an issue with the quality of product ordered. Ordering online is a joke because the staff does not pay attention to the orders coming in outside of the customers in the lobby, when you arrive to pick up they were shocked about my order…twice!
My most recent visit was Friday, 12/19/25 at 9 AM was so disappointing and confirmed to be my last! The items requested: mini beignets and croissant sandwich. The beignets were served overcooked and hard; we returned them to redo and received the same quality and/or lack of. The croissant sandwich was served with the middle of the sandwich still frozen-returned it, the young lady took plate with no gloves to proceed to put the same sandwich in the warmer to warm again. I was in disbelief, because what if I bit into it!
There’s so many opportunities for re-education; there’s no way the A on the wall is from a recent inspection!

The stuff is very welcoming. I went with my sister who is visiting and the owner/manager tried to communicate in Spanish and allowed her to test different coffees. He also gave away beignets to everyone at the store on that Sunday afternoon.

I didn’t even know this place was in Houston until I seen it on Facebook. I used to love PJs since Louisiana. So our first and second visit we enjoyed. Staff was very friendly on both visits. We love our beignets and our favorite drinks.

I love the food and drinks here and the staff is always super nice. However, every single time Rose is working I have the worst experience. As a regular I tried not to put the blame on one staff member, but she is rude to me every single time! She never makes my drinks right either and gives me the worst attitude about it.
