I used to come here mainly for the drink selection. Never was all that impressed with the burgers. The new smashburger has rectified that! Not the best I ever had but better than the other fast food options in town by far and at a great price. I downloaded the app and have found there are some great deals to be found there. It’s hard to beat a double smashburger, fries or tots and a drink for $6.00! I also enjoy the breakfast burritos.

When they do bother to get your order right the food is edible. They always overload their burgers with sauce to where the shirt I’m wearing at the time will not survive. Today I even had them remake the same burger twice due to putting onions on a burger twice in a row. I know I can just scrape them off but the fact that I need to every single time no matter how much I ask for no onions is insane. Thankfully the Franklin store is the only one I’ve been to that has a problem but good lord what a problem. The last 3 times I went here there was a problem with what I ordered. And it always involves onions!! This last time I went really was the last time.

Online mobile orders are a joke! If Alex is working just be prepared to get 1/2 of what you ordered and if there is any substitutes on your order they will not be done on your order. New girl is too lazy to walk two feet from the window to get anything so be prepared for an attitude! When I pay for something and give specific directions that’s what I want and that’s what I pay for. I ask and pay for extra limes in my drink every order. I’m tired of paying for them and not getting them. The last few times they say they have ran out of limes. I ask for twisted lime syrup that’s bright green and when I get my limeade it’s clear. Don’t have any trouble with any other Sonic. Just seems like specific lazy people at this location.

I’ve been to a lot of Sonics and this one is by far the best. Everything is made correctly and they still offer the mint that most others have done away with. It was a bit if a wait after ordering,but it was great otherwise

Enjoyed a get away for the 4th of July and, omg, found a great Sonic restaurant just inside NC!! Great wonderful food, eat to get in and you get a light to help you back on the road. I couldn’t say enough how wonderful the food was!! Highly highly recommend if you’re like me and love Sonic!! Enjoy!!

And this quite possibly could be the worst Sonic in the world. I haven’t been there in a while but I boycotted them a year ago because of horrible service and absolutely horrid food. I mean I had a frozen tater tot in my fried pickles that were undercooked. I asked for no onions and the sandwich came out with more onions on it than I’ve ever seen on a sandwich in my life. The manager was nice. She helped me get my refund and gave me some extra coupons but I won’t be going back there to eat. Maybe I can use them somewhere else

I ordered up lunch at the Sonic in Franklin NC today. The smash burgers are really good. The french fries at the Franklin NC however were identical to the ones I had last summer from that same Sonic. They taste stale and flavorless. Fries that bad usually are from failing to change the cooking oil frequently enough or they don’t throw fries out after they’ve been sitting for 20 minutes. It’s unfortunate because smash burgers and fries go together.

I have always loved sonis banana milkshake, until today. Stopped and ordered 2 banana milkshakes and guess what , not using real bananas just flavoring now. I guess I will be going to cook out for a real banana shake. I am visiting Franklin NC. Was very disappointed.

I ordered a number 3 a Sonic cheeseburger it had so much on it you couldn’t taste the burger, nasty and soggy. The fries were old and tough and hard to eat, I wouldn’t recommend.eatllnghh
