This was our first time eating at a Firehouse Subs. Really cool place a lot of firefighter memorabilia, and they dressed up the inside real nice. There’s about 12 to 15 different subs you can get, and then you can custom make whatever you would like. For bread options, they have white wheat and gluten-free. I opted for the firefighter sub, which had roast beef ham and turkey on it, and I got it on wheat. It was absolutely one of the best subs I’ve ever had. They have a pepper sauce that is like a mild barbecue sauce, and you have got to try it. It was phenomenal. My wife opted for the turkey club, and she said hers was excellent as well. I would definitely stop into one of these again if I was near it

You def deserve a lot of recognition & a raise… I had a horrible day at work & supper is so hard some nights but let me tell you this man went above and beyond making sure the order was right & helping me figure out a better way to order these crazy children of mines food choices He may not know it although tried to thank him several times but he made my entire night a lot easier & a lot better after the day I had.. Brisket looked raw, inedible. I complained. Manager gaslight me, claimed it always “looks like that” even though this is the only kind of sandwich I get here. She said ai should have gotten fewer toppings, or just picked out what I didn’t want. THAT was not the problem. The meat looked blanched, uncooked, and unsafe to eat. Disappointed in customer service and product.

We were excited to try the French dip.
We did a pick up and when we opened the bag at home we realized the au jus sauce was missing. Very disappointed.
Also the smokehouse brisket was disappointing as well. It used to be better. Not sure if we’ll order from them again. The value for the money must isn’t there.

I’ve eaten at Firehouse many times. Often due to being forced to eat there while visiting the hospital.
Today just hit me wrong. I walked in, glanced at the menu, fully knowing it was going to be $20 with drink, chips, and the “tip” which feels a bit like another “just the tip” everyone a fast food place asks for one… decided I didn’t want to finance a sandwich and left.
Lower your prices. I can go to a number of sit down restaurants in Florence with much better food, and much healthier food, for literally about three dollars more. I like Firehouse, but enough is enough.

Awesome experience, my order was made with attention and according to details from me. My order was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The employees all worked together and the vibe was nice. The restaurant was being cleaned while I was there, that’s always nice to see. I’ll defiantly be going back and recommending this particular establishment to others.

If you’re looking for a place to eat some subs and get quick service, then firehouse is the place for you. The food is fine for what it is and the service was good. They’re quick in this place and attentive to your needs. It’s also a good place to grab food during your lunch break. The place itself is also clean and organized.
