Very nice atmosphere in a great location.
You can get any sandwich as a salad option.
The chicken sandwich I had was incredible!! The chicken was juicy and well seasoned, the bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, not rubbery and not too crunchy when I bit into it. The sauce was, literally, finger lucking good.
And, as a Texan, I can vouch for the brisket. Perfectly cooked with great flavor and melt in your mouth texture.

An absolutely lovely spot for breakfast or lunch. Super friendly host. A great selection of healthy tasty plates. We loved our omelets and scones! Good coffee too. An inspiring space with lots of art on the walls and a delightful garden.

We stopped by here as we were visiting for a few days and were glad that we did. Paige was excellent and really kind. The food was delicious. Portion size were incredible. Next time we’re back in the area we will be sure to come back. Do yourself a favor and stop here.

After a rough first visit in 2019 we gave has another try. The food is very good! I enjoyed the hash wrap, not too heavy and very nicely grilled. The coffee is excellent and they have delicious decaf espresso options. I am looking forward to them returning to full service or at least proper dishes; the Togo packaging and counter service takes away from a nice breakfast experience.

To quality ingredients. Hash is 15 miles from my house and I have breakfast here once or twice a week. I love the fresh squeezed juice and seasonal ingredients in a laid back environment. Service is great with a personal touch.

My partner and I stopped in for breakfast while in town for a couple of days and this place is fantastic.

The staff is super friendly and funny, the good was really good quality and delicious.

Highly recommended the Hash 209. Be warned, this is not the super chopped hash you get in most diners- it’s more like a jumble in the best way possible) I’m not a fan of mushrooms and they offered to swap them out and it was divine

Rich. Everything about this restaurant is rich. The ingredients, the food, the drinks, the service. The chef owns the restaurant and he pours his heart into his menu. We were in town for two days and we came here twice in those days. I can’t recommend this place enough. Just look at how amazing the food looks!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Very reasonably priced and food was made very quickly. Customer service was excellent. My boyfriend and I drove up from CT for our anniversary and we tried this place and were not disappointed. We will definitely be coming back to visit. We came on Sunday morning and didn’t realize they didn’t do breakfast, only pastries. We bought pastries to go for the ride home. We will definitely be returning!! Highly recommend

Hash is my favorite place to go for breakfast & lunch in the entire Hudson Valley! The menu is interesting, the food is made with good quality ingredients that is consistently delicious, great coffee, homemade soda and fresh juices. The chef owner Page’s focus is to put out a perfect plate for every guest, which he does, his amazing coworker Hugo does the baking (best blueberry muffins) and Miles who runs the front never misses a beat.
My favorite, among many, is the Italian breakfast see photo. You may notice that I bring my own plate & cutlery. I am very sensitive to our environmental issues but at the same time I respect local business owners to make choices that work for them and we do have options. If NYC reviewer from a month ago Graham Hawthorne thinks a diner is better and cheaper, I’d say best to skip your offering of potentially giving this place one more chance as you don’t deserve the love they put out.

Sometimes one is pleasantly surprised when stopping at a little road-side restaurant named “Hash”. This place is about the food, and that’s great since that’s what breakfast should be about. The chef takes evident care in choice of fresh ingredients and flavors, and in the presentation of the plate. I recommend the Huevos Rancheros.
You order when you enter, find your own seating, and pick up your meal at the kitchen window. The utensils are recyclable and self-clearing when leaving seems to be appropriate. The large parking lot is gravel so step carefully if raining.
But you will be happy with the meal!
