Huge rave! The food was absolutely excellent. I literally could’ve licked my dish clean if I wasn’t worried about looking like a crazy person. I got captain Hubbards plate with grouper, shrimp, and scallops cooked the best way—blackened! The scallops literally melt in your mouth they were perfectly seared (shout out to the chef last night!) The grouper—perfectly cooked also, and the shrimp I barely got a chance to eat because my daughter stole them all off my plate! The service was incredibly friendly and every last person that walked through that door was greeted with a smile. I 1000% will be returning and bringing more friends to enjoy dinner after a long day at the beach! Love from the east coast! ❤️

Great food and good drinks. I liked the fried shrimp dinner amd added scallops and they were a little undercooked for my liking even though i asked for the extra crispy. But everything else was good. We also had a great server.

It’s a lovely place with a warm, friendly atmosphere. We celebrated our baby’s first birthday here and loved every moment of it. A special thank you to Heather for her outstanding food service and for making our baby’s birthday so special. The beautiful complimentary cake was such a thoughtful touch. It truly was a memorable day for us.

Amazing!! We drove 6 hours and our hotel doesn’t offer dinner so we headed out and we’re so lucky to find Hubbards! They informed us that they closed in 3 minutes and still sat us kindly. We were prepared to be rushed and have a sub par experience- we were SO wrong!
Our server NICOLE was polished, kind, helpful, and encouraged us to take our time!
The FOOD was excellent! Best Clam Chowder, Fish and Chips (excellent hush puppies and coleslaw) were my FAVORITE ever and the Grouper(blackened) sandwich was excellent! I’m looking forward to going back tonight!
TBH I am very particular, a lover and seeker of all things food and drink and I am highly recommending a lovely friendly casual meal here with a great view and the freshest fish!

Friday night in January, still fairly busy. Seated right away. Served was attentive and quick, the only reason I’m giving 2. However, it took ankle between taking out plates and bringing our check. My cocktail, the Walk Don’t Rum Runner, tastes like “jungle punch/ trash can punch”, kids liquid medication… fruit juice and rum. It’s gross. I do not care for seafood so really the bar was pretty low for me, my husband does like it. I ordered the fried chicken tenders with fries. My fries taste like re-fried McDonald’s fries and they’re chewy. The chicken is fine, not a lot of flavor and not terrible. The corn fritters look and taste like corn-meal funnel cake complete with powdered sugar. It’s like biting into corn flavored dessert. Soft and fluffy but actual corn.

We had a late lunch here after our Dolphin watch cruise. We had a table outside on the deck by the water. I had the clam chowder and a special entree of scallops with rice and a hollandaise sauce. The chowder had a little bit of spice to it but was good. The entree was excellent. It came with corn fritters and mixed vegetables. Both very good. My wife had the crab claws and a side salad. The crab tasted decent but may have been overcooked at bit as the meat stuck to the claws and had to pried out of every bit of claw even after being cracked. She gave up after eating half and we traded dishes. The salad was fresh and good. The service was attentive and professional. They honored the 10% discount from the cruise ticket along with 4 free corn fritters. I would go again.

I ordered the mahi tacos. They were good and well-prepared, but nothing particularly standout or memorable. Tasty, just not something I’d rave about afterward.
That said, the staff were very kind and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Overall, a solid, pleasant stop with friendly service and reliable food.

On a whim we found this place. Freshest seafood we have had. Brooke was the best waitress. Impromptu vacation to Tampa. Totally will not regret finding this amazing place
