me and my mother decided to come here one evening just on the way home. I got a refresher and she wanted to get a hot latte. They told her that they weren’t able to make hot drinks, only iced. I found this weird because I would think there would be a sign that says that. I think the employees already had been cleaning up and didn’t want to dirty stuff again. Also the person at the window had an attitude. If you don’t like your job , find a new one ! Definitely won’t be coming to this location again.

I usually have a pleasant experience but recently i have had a bad experiences with rude employees, specifically one. She speaks to you rudely and makes unnecessary comments like it bothers them that you are there trying to enjoy your drink. I don’t understand working if you hate your job that much if it bothers you that there are customers. I sat there for a while and heard her making comments about being there and about what i’d order. I wouldn’t bother coming to this place if it hires people who act like that and that can’t seem to act like an adult. They won’t make you feel welcomed

All bad comments are so true about this place. Stopped by for the 1st time and so far has been one of the worse locations I’ve been to. Cashier doesn’t greet you and speaks so low tone. I get it you hate your job but you’re still there it’s not the customer fault……Will be contacting my bank/customer service because I was supposed to be charge around $8 as shown on my app receipt but was really charged $13 and was kinda confused since cashier didn’t provide a paper receipt either. Not sure what the cashier did but this is unacceptable. Pastries were good but definitely wasted my money on bad coffee.

Horrible customer service my first time I went here I was the one who greeted the cashier and when I received my drink, I told her to have a great day, and I got a blank stare and the window shut in my face. The second time it was the same service just annoyed, sounding for an absolutely no reason I live within two minutes of this Dunkin I’d rather drive to a further location where I don’t have to deal with someone’s hateful attitude. Employees act this way because management allows it zero out of 10 recommend.

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this Dunkin because I don’t live in the area. Both times the young lady has an attitude. Just like a lot of the reviews say. The first time I contacted corporate about it and they offered me a free dozen donuts. 2nd time was great because I went to go redeem the donuts. 3rd time today same girl same attitude who’s on the speaker. When I pull up “go ahead with your order” I ask about flavors for the daydream she says it so fast and with an attitude. I tell her which one I want and she says “thats it” I said yes and she says “pull around”. I ask her if she is having a bad day she shakes her head slightly no, and rolls her eyes. The whole interaction was lack luster! Then I go a little ways up the street to Zaxby’s to get a very warm pleasant greeting and a thank you! I thought after the first visit there after I complained things would be different but same disgusting attitude. I will probably try once more when I’m in the area again and if no change I will personally write the CEO of Dunkin regarding my experiences with evidence and additionally add all of the similar complaints I’ve seen here! She is definitely in the wrong industry!!

Breakfast was Fantastic. I got a hot nutritious meal….The drive thru was efficient and very quick. I was able to customize my order, with a breakfast wrap, no bacon, no chipotle, and a tall glass of water with extra ice. I come here at least once a week….sometimes twice a week. I like that they serve Breakfast all day!! It is a game changer. Their $6.00 meal is quite a Bargain. I love their Ice Coffee with it. After 3 PM they have discounted Coffee prices. It is just the “umph” I need in the Midafternoon, when I have a full schedule. Especially on Tuesdays when I have guitar class at 1 PM and NCCF Bible Study at 7:30 PM. Hallelujah!!

They open at 5 so why is my food never fresh and hash browns taste like they been sitting in grease and my sausage egg and cheese croissant tastes like it’s been sitting and it’s been like this 2 days in a row there is no reason why my food shouldn’t be fresh at that time of morning.

Just left at 7:20pm on 4/17 very unprofessional customer service from the person who may have been the manager the way she was talking. I ordered a strawberry/mango refresher (mix) because since I started going to DD about 3 months ago, it’s the only drink I usually get that way, at this location. The young lady on the intercom was professional and stated “oh we cannot mix the refreshers”, when I asked for better understanding as I had just got one yesterday 4/16/23 per my receipt, the owner or manager (as she referenced talking to her staff) took over the intercom stating in a very aggressive and rude manner “No, No” and then proceeded to tell me “we don’t mix concentrates” and proceeded to ask me questions and inform me I had the wrong location. The entire time I remained with a neutral voice and explained No this is the only location I utilize since it is 2 miles from me. Then she continued with who was it. “I closed last night”. “I closed Saturday.” I’m like okay, I had it both days and I know one was afternoon, one was evening. But to insinuate I was being untruthful. I really could’ve went off…but I know how to be professional and deal with people like this manager. Seeing as I come monthly to pick up a 1/2 dozen to a dozen doughnuts regularly for my staff. I will no longer utilize this location. If this is the type of leadership overseeing staff, she needs to be reprimanded and re-trained on PIP. This is not the leadership or modeling that dunkins brand should want for its employees. The staff was more professional than the manager. Oh and I have receipts attached to show I received a strawberry/mango dragon mix below. It would’ve been more professional to say “I’m sorry, we cannot do that per our store policy, unfortunately there was an error when you have received this previously”. And to add – we apologize for this error, is there anything else you would like. Now to her credit, after an uncomfortable pause she did ask via intercom, in a more appropriate tone, if I wanted anything else but the impression was left and damage done. I will also be following up with corporate.

Absolutely terrible service from the drive-thru. They acted like they didn’t care about your order, and like you’re doing them a favor. Furthermore, they didn’t tell you what window to go to or how to pay. Instead, they close the drive-through window and pointed to a machine outside and then advise you to go to the second window. They all had an attitude, and I tried to call and speak to a manager, but no one ever answered the phone. I will be reaching out to the franchise to let them know how horrible their service is.
