Decided to stop in on a little road trip from Jackson and were treated like family! Not only were the owners and staff so friendly and kind, the other patrons were too! It was a Saturday with karaoke and there were some amazing performances. Truly so fun. We loved the food, and were able to try a lot of it. (Don’t forget the desserts.) This would be a fun spot for birthdays. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this spot a few times, and I must say I’ve never been so disappointed with the food like I was today. The Philly cheesesteak bread was similar to a hot dog bun. An order of fries had cheese on top that wasn’t supposed to be there. They were out of condiments, so a half of bottle of ketchup was thrown in a bag. I received one “happy birthday” napkin I’m guessing to wipe my hands with. The wait time was 45-50 minutes. I wasn’t expecting any of this! I’m truly disappointed!

This brings back memories. We lived in San Angelo Tx from 1972 until 1977. I was only 4 years old in 1972. We would travel once a year to Selma Al to visit family. We always stopped at Red Hot Diner on our way to and from Selma. It was off of I-20 in Meridian Ms. That location is no longer there but the sign remains. Fast-forward 15 years, I drive a truck for a living, I always look for that sign when I pass through until this day in 2025. I didn’t realize there was another location. I must check this out. I hope the sign from the old diner is still there. I believe I missed it last time I passed through.

Employees always have to run to the store to complete orders.. they touch the food with they’re hands while making food for customers, long waits, the owner even had to come on here and put a good review because he knows just how bad it is. And yes I’m doing a review with my name public

The wait was a long time for the only ones to be waiting for food. Took over 35 minutes for a cheeseburger, pickles and 3 kids meals. Got home to realize I was missing tenders for a kids meal. The pickles were soggy and very greasy. Burger was extremely dry and over seasoned. (And I like my seasoning, but this was too much) plus my tomato was gritty and old tasting. We will not be back.

This is our GO TO SPOT! The people are super friendly. They treat everyone like family. The food is amazing! The chicken on a stick is the best as well as the fries. The season they put on the fries is awesome if you ask they will send you home with a small container of it! THEY HAVE HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING!!!THE BEST IN THE COUNTY!!

I been to this place once & will never go back again ! They barely had any of the food they offered on the menu and from what I hear it’s always like this. The Philly steak was terrible it was paper thin, crunchy & WAY overcooked!! For how long I waited on my food you would have thought my fries would have been fresh & hot but no just some soggy fries. The service is terrible, I had to ask my waitress multiple times for a refill that I never got! If you’re hungry don’t go there!

This is a great option if you want good food and also a great option if you just want a great experience. This establishment is the epitome of a great time. From the authentic retro tinsel tree during Christmas, or the vintage diner atmosphere that this place provides. And not even talking about the food. The food is especially great exactly what you want when you ask for a burger and fries. Finally the staff were very polite. Giving refills when empty and even when they were about to close my family arrived hungry and they opened back up just to feed us and gave us some complimentary drinks. Would recommend if you want to enjoy some good food and feel like you go back in time.
