This location is definitely a hit or miss. I’ll never spend any money with them anymore. Last week I ordered pizza, pasta, and wings. The driver who delivered my food sat it on the ground. I was not notified of this delivery. After noticing I had been waiting for a long time, I called the store. I just so happened to open the front door to find all of my food on the ground, covered in ants. I had spent almost $50 including the TIP. The phone was ringing and no one answered so I hung up. I assumed they were closed because they use to close at 10 PM and it was after 11 PM. The next morning, I called and spoke with the GM. He was understanding, and credited me for my food. He even added a cinnamon twist. Well, later that day I used a lil over $30 of my credit. Tonight, I called to use the rest of my credit and was told I used it all. After explaining to the person who is supposedly the manager for the night why I had a credit, he tells me that I got everything plus a cinnamon twist. I told him the cinnamon were given to me for free. I never asked for them. He goes on to tell me they went above and beyond lol. I was going to use my credit and purchase other things, but now I’ll take my money elsewhere. Not only are they careless with your food, they don’t keep their word. I uploaded pics of the pizza. I also had pasta and wings.

Ordered food and according to the sight, it said it was delivered, which it wasn’t. After emailing customer support and giving a 1 star for delivery, a person showed up with 2 pizzas which weren’t a part of my order. I ordered a NY style and a hand tossed style, also redeemed a coupon for free parm bites. Pizzas I received were both hand tossed with toppins I didn’t order and one I’m allergic to. The location is convenient, the food is good, and the curbside pickup is fine, but getting delivery from this store has been a headache the last two times I’ve ordered. I’m not sure what changed. The driver comes quickly but without part of the order. The person is apologetic, says that the people didn’t put the missing items in the bag, and offers to go back, but now it’s the second time and the same explanation as last month. Mistakes will happen, but the delivery fee plus tip doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

At store 4944 in Walmart Gainesville Javon did really good I was in a hurry I was in a bad mood and I put him under pressure and he kept calm and help me and answered all my questions with enthusiasm with a smile and made it happen after I walked out on two other restaurants just because they didn’t have service this man deserves a hell of a raise and he’s a great worker I would like to see him get a bonus or something cuz he deserves it cuz I was pretty mean y’all pay attention management I quit major companies because I’m great at my job when I do it and they don’t care it’s time for somebody to start caring about people and he’s worth it

Tried it today and was pretty happy with the pan pizzas I got. It seems a little understaffed compared to the Dominos I usually order from as I only saw one person working but they did open pretty recently, like a month or two ago. The lady who took my order was friendly and she brought the pizzas out to me at the table I was sitting when they were done. I like the convenience of it being inside Walmart so I can grab the pizzas on my way out the door instead of making a 2nd stop on my way home. Too bad they don’t sell by the slice though.

It’s ridiculous that everytime I order from here it’s a problem with my food, my order not being made properly, dropped on the floor to remake or not being made at all when I’m ready to pick up or on my break. I had an issue 3 times with onions being put in my food when I’m highly allergic SMH. This is the closest thing to me during my break time I shouldn’t have to spend my break an extra time for something to be done over again to not even get an apology about the mistake that they have done. Management needs to get on their employees about this kind of issue.
