Really cool concept, but as a chef for 15 years, unfortunately it didn’t have any authentic flavor. A lot of these food trucks reel you in with foreign cuisine. But fail to execute authentic dishes. If you’re going to do Mediterranean, you really gotta do Mediterranean. Staff was extremely nice. Place was somewhat cleanly, but at the end of the day, it’s all about the food.
