Hello!! If you haven’t been to Casa Mata in Parker, CO, you NEED to!! The food is absolutely delicious and after trying numerous dishes on the menu (quesabirra tacos, Molcajete , tamales, burritos to name a few) we have found the quality to be consistently delicious EVERY TIME we have eaten (once a week for the past 3 months). However, while the food is amazing, the staff and owner are even better!❤️ They are ALWAYS so kind and attentive, the best service each time we have come. They also make it a point to remember your names and greet you by your name each time you visit. ❤️ So, please, come and visit Casa Mata, I promise, you will NOT be disappointed!! Oh! Velinda gave excellent service! Food was Super Delicious! My wife had a chimichanga and Soft Chile Relleno and she loved them both. I had the Tres Amigos plate and enjoyed every bit of it. I was pleasantly surprised to see true authentic green chile on the plate and not the Colorado traditional “Green Chile”. The red Chile Colorado had a good decent spice flavor to it as well. Loved the fried ice cream for dessert to end our date night at Casa Mata! We will be back with friends & family.

This is our go to Mexican place in Parker. It’s not just the food, the people that work here truly make us feel like family and are always so welcoming. They have been what has made us regulars and love walking in the door when we come, which is probably too often. We love the carne asada, molcajete, chimichanga, street tacos, etc etc. We just always enjoy it here and can always get a table but the people and service are truly what make a difference for us and keep us coming back.

You must visit! We’ve been to all the Parker Mexican places & Casa Mata is the best. Everything was so fresh & delish, including tortillas. We had mar & tierra, excellent. Tamales were sooo good. Fajitas & nachos were great too. The sopapillas & ice cream finished us off! We will be back.

We’ve been coming here for years and the food and service in consistently awesome. Francisco who’s been here as long as we’ve been coming is the absolute best! This is a great smaller home town vibe and happy they’re here in Parker. And I can’t forget the drinks, the presidente margarita never disappoints..

We love this place. The service is friendly and fast, the food is delicious and the music is perfect…not loud and overwhelming like at some other Mexican restaurants. Only complaint is that the lighting is way too bright. Dining in would be a much more pleasant experience if they would turn the spotlights way down and create a better atmosphere. They have these cute blue twinkle lights in the ceiling and it would be great to be able to see those better. 5 stars if they fix the lighting! 🙂

Casa Mata is a casual place to eat. If I could give half stars, I would give 3.5 stars. We ordered and sampled several dishes. In all, the food is good but lacks the Latin bite we were expecting.

We just went here tonight and everything was absolutely excellent. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor — you can really tell it’s prepared with care. On top of that, the service was truly outstanding. The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
A huge thank you to the staff for providing such amazing service — it really made the night. This place is right down the road from us, and we’re so glad we finally stopped in because it’s definitely going to be part of our regular rotation when we go out to eat.
