First time in a very long time going to Red Lobster so here’s my experience: I made a reservation for 2 at 6:15pm, When we got there the tables looked empty for a Saturday night, which my first instinct was they were low on servers cause a lot of people were waiting. I noticed the hostesses were chit chatting and I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had a reservation. The hostess talked to me so quiet I couldn’t hear her. When we got sat, it took a while for a server to come to us which is understandable if they’re low on servers. Once we ordered our drinks and food, everything was 10/10. My boyfriend got the red lobster seafood boil which he thought was great. He said it wasn’t so hot you couldn’t eat your food right away like some seafood boils. I had the pick 2 shrimp your way and it was great as well. Overall, we had a great experience and our server was amazing! If you decide to come to Red Lobster, just be prepared to wait due to the low amount of servers.

Food was very good and came out hot. The meal deal presented by the waiter was great choice (lot of food)! Cooper was an amazing waiter and the service was excellent!!!

Tammy was the best server that we have ever had while dining at Red Lobster. She was very professional, courteous, and polite. Overall we had a very good dining experience. Tammy made sure to communicate with us on the status of our food and drink orders from the beginning to end of our experience here this evening. I would highly recommend this location and I would also request Tammy again when we come back!

I had such a wonderful experience last night we left at 9:37pm but the crew from 7:30 till our departure WAS IT!!! Every crew member from our server Latasha, to the team that helped Layla, Zion, Khaliah, Donna, Tatyanna (spell check) & a couple more I’m so sorry I forgot y’all name!! But I appreciate each and everyone of yall. Not only did they help with contributing to my engagement but everything was planned to the TEE! From the beautiful dessert, to the meals taking time so my fiance could propose to me, the music, the lighting, everything was planned beautifully.
I loved red lobster since I was a kid and the food is still spectacular.
I love y’all and thank you so much for an unforgettable night. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They are definitely coming to my wedding!

We were seated promptly at our reservation time. I do recommend getting reservations through Open Table as this location is very busy. Tae was our server and was very polite and engaging. He had many tables, but persevered. Food was great and came to the table hot and delicious.

I’ve been in the Huntsville area for over 15 years and I frequent this establishment as often as I can. Today, not only did Tae give AWESOME customer service. My meal was one of the best I’ve had here. I’ve not had bad food here at all, but the cook took his time and it was delicious.

Good perks first. The food was good. I had the shrimp southwest bowl. They gave me at least 10 shrimp and that was more than I could eat. The salsa was delish. Our drinks were tasty. Tammy, our waitress, was great. I loved her, so friendly and polite. It’s unusual to find that these days! The atmosphere was quite, music not too loud, and we couldn’t hear other customers even though the restaurant was quiet full. Bad news! Upon first arriving we had a disgruntled customer at the entry booth and there was a employee there apologizing. Additionally, there was an issue between an employee and a waitress. Both issues were open to all the guests and both were very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. There should be another area away from public for these issues. It kind of put a damper on our evening.Thank goodness for Tammy.

Took the family out and let’s just say this place has gone downhill. We were seated and told they would bring the good biscuits out if there were some made. A table of 6 sat close to us. Maybe about 5 min after we aat down. About 10 min go by and still no biscuits. The table that was seated after us received 3 baskets of biscuits. I waited a few more minutes, then I had to call waitress over and ask if there were biscuits yet. She went to put in the other table order. Finally after another 10 min we had biscuits. Just after that our dinner came out. Took maybe 30 minutes to get food after we ordered. Food was good. Waitress did not keep up with our drinks. I had to drink some of my son’s drink till we finally got a refill. She only had 3 tables she was working. Managers were trying to bus tables. The kids wanted desert. So we ordered. The cheesecake came out about half frozen. First time I’ve never finished my cheesecake. We went to walk out and all I could smell was weed from employees standing at front while another customer was complaining to staff that the had been waiting forever and not helped. This was a Sunday evening about 6pm and maybe only a total of 6 family’s in the restraunt. I’ll be very surprised if this restraunt is open another year. Very dissapointed
