What happened today at Dunkin’ Donuts was absolutely unacceptable! The person who handled my order was very pleasant however, when I received my donuts, not only was there barely any icing on them, but when I tried to call the store to tell them about the donuts, the phone was answered three times and I was disconnected all three times without ever speaking to anyone. I called the customer service website that directed me to call the store directly because it is independently owned.. so how am I supposed to tell them about my experience if no one answers the phone?

I love everyone who works at this Dunkin location but Aubrey is my girl. She makes my Iced Cappuccinos with two shots of French vanilla PERFECT. I come here daily and she is the only one who knows how to make it correct and It is always consistent, it always taste the same and it is delicious! I know when she’s not working because it’s not right. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful here. I don’t go anywhere else. Happy New Year!

Ordered inside. There were quite a few young people working and standing around behind counter. There were out of a few kinds of donuts which seemed odd since all those people were standing around?? Also the place needed to be cleaned up in the dining area as well as the donuts area. There were several racks of donut holes just sitting on top of the counter. Donuts we got were good however.

14Aug.2024 Nice Thursday morning in this location. Me and my daughter were passing through town and stopped in here and our experience was good. The lady behind the counter was patient. As soon as we got our order it started to get busy in there.

Glazed donuts are soggy/ wet, I’ve been 3 times and they are either out of donuts, don’t have almond milk, or get my order wrong. Also didn’t get my free medium coffee, because they said it’s all done online and they had nothing to do with that

In regards to the Beyond Meat Breakfast Sausage:
Alright. This one was a little hard to swallow (no pun intended). Disclosure: I’m not a breakfast guy. I’m not crazy about eggs. This sandwich was prepared fresh and was picture perfect for what it is. As soon as I put this thing close to my mouth (and nose) I got a little uneasy. It didn’t smell like breakfast sausage and that confused my palette. Instead of sage breakfast seasoning, it tasted more like oregano or thyme. I almost couldn’t take another bite but this joker set me back $5 and some change without the combo. The muffin was soft yet toasted perfectly. Cheese was gooey. Pretty sure Dunkin doesn’t crack real eggs but, whatever it was it looked perfectly cooked. Close to how I like my own eggs, it was fluffy yet fried crispy around the edges.
Now the “meat” itself just didn’t taste like it had the right flavor. Smelled and tasted like it belonged in spaghetti lol. Texture was fine. Couldn’t tell if it was seared at all. Dunkin may not have the equipment to do so. Not a bad taste left in my mouth as I type this but there no way in Hades will I but this thing again. It’s super weird!

Ok, so this is my second review. As I said before, I give any place a chance. First, I get in the drive-thru line-no one but me was in the line. I ordered 3 wraps with coffee. I get to the window, I get my coffee, and then was told to move to the handicap spot and they’ll bring out my wraps. I asked was there a problem since i was THE ONLY ONE in the line. He said it’s just slow. What does that mean?
Ok, I get my order, looked at at wraps, looked at the sticker on the bag to make sure that I forgot something, and then walk back in into DD because the wraps were not made correctly. Second time. Well, if the folks would stop talking about nothing and worry about the folks who are patronizing them, it would be better.
I am a DD fan, but some of these locations make you want to take your business elsewhere.

I gave them back the wraps so that they could remake them. When I got my wraps, the person who made it just threw it in the bag ( see picture). For whatever reason she was in a rush, she DID NOT CARE how she made the wraps. Presentation is everything.

Soo, if DD is running a special, why don’t you order enough food? No wraps, so they ask me what I want to substitute for it. Ok, I asked for a sandwich on an English muffin, turkey sausage and white cheddar cheese. Well, I’m waiting for the egg that they have to ‘cook’ because they didn’t prepare enough.
Someone please remind me to not patronize this location again. They change hands like I change my underwear .

I visited the Main St location on 11/23/2025 @11am and it will be my last visit. The young man at the drive thru had mistaken my order but got it right. Then I sipped my drink to make sure it was right because I had the wrong order in the past. He was so rude he told me to get away from the drive thru window with frustration and rudeness. I will never visit this location again!!!

It took nearly 20 minutes for 2 egg sandwichs that I received cold. Restaurant seemed to have menu flies in it. It appeared that most employees were training and only 1 knew what they were doing. I am from New England and have been to many Dunkin donuts restaurants, this was maybe the worst

Placed mobile order online I was informed no vanilla ok get there after I’ve placed order hazelnut ok but on top of that the donut holes we ordered wasn’t available either! I kid you not as I’m writing this review my wife says they put chocolate in mines smh. If you are unable to accommodate online orders turn them off. I’m very disappointed in our overall experience!
