Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

Chima’s Steakhouse is a premium Brazilian steakhouse chain with a beautiful ambiance and a polished dining experience. The restaurant itself is elegant and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a special outing. The service was great — attentive, professional, and well organized throughout the meal.
One highlight was that they offer halal lamb chops, which was definitely a specialty and a great option to have available. The lamb was enjoyable and one of the stronger parts of the experience.
However, I wasn’t very impressed with the beef selections, including the sirloin and flank steak. They were decent but didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of flavor and tenderness. The salad bar was satisfactory — good variety, but nothing particularly outstanding.
Overall, Chima’s offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, with halal lamb being a notable plus. While some of the beef cuts could be improved, it’s still a solid option for a Brazilian steakhouse experience.

We made an online reservation for our anniversary and were delighted how easy it was. They do have valet service for $5 that can be paid on your way out. We chose this option as we came to EAT. This place if often compared to Texas de Brazil and I can definitely see the comparison. I think we came on a very busy night were there were alot of large parties (tables of people not actually parties). Luckily we were only 2. We were sat close to the salad bar which was convenient, and enough out of the way were we weren’t surrounded by a lot of people. Our server was great and really hustled through the night (I wish I had her name). She was very attentive, cleared our tables quickly of plates and even brought us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Now for the gentlemen serving the meat: they were AMAZING!!! We speak Spanish so connecting with them was effortless. We joked a lot with them and they always asked if there was something specific we wanted and made sure we tried everything! They made us laugh the entire time. Overall a great time. I do however prefer Texas de Brazils salad bar as they have a little more variety of flavors and dishes to offer.

I have to be honest, as I always am in every review I do of every place I visit! This place is beautiful, you can take nice pictures! Now let’s get to what really matters: the food. The meats are delicious, good cuts. Unfortunately, some were very dry in my opinion; they lacked flavor. They were very bland. I prefer food with a lot of flavor, and these meats weren’t. The rest of the food was all very tasty, well-cooked. The shrimp were perfect, very flavorful, and well-seasoned. I enjoyed them a lot. And the lamb was so juicy, the meat was cooked perfectly, the flavor was very tasty, and that’s what I want to highlight the most because it was the tastiest. I can’t say the same about the other types of meat, but maybe it’s because the day we visited it was super crowded, I don’t know. The service was wonderful and very pleasant. The place was very clean, which is super important. But I won’t leave my recommendation here because maybe I’ll be encouraged to visit again and have a better experience with the meats. I don’t know, but I had a lovely experience overall with the excellent service from all the waiters. The girl who served us was super nice and friendly; her name is Adriana. I recommend her; she’s super patient. And with that, I’ll leave you!

When I tell you this is the best Brazilian Steakhouse in the area, I am not lying. Each cut of meat perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salad bar is fresh and delicious, if you are a fan of cheese, their variety is great. Great service, very attentive. The restaurant is a little loud, but expected. Parking is near but valet makes it easy and convenient. Make a reservation in advance. Definitely worth trying!

What went right? Absolutely everything. The food itself was delicious, well-cooked, at the perfect temperature, and with the perfect texture. The taste was above ordinary, in fact, it’s fair to say it was extraordinary. Now, let’s discuss the service. Impeccable, courteous, attentive, and aware of our needs. What was most impressive was the teamwork of the serving staff and support staff. They have an unspoken unity. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and things worked in synchronization. The restaurant itself was immaculate, organized, and flowed perfectly, the lighting was perfect, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. It wasn’t loud; you could hear others talking without any effort. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was well worth the price. It was a great experience.. Chima, job well done

Jharem, Lisbeth, and Daniela got us seated quickly and our server Charinee was friendly and attentive. The place had great energy on a Friday night, packed with families, couples, and friends all having a good time. Food was excellent and there’s plenty of it. The beef and pork were cooked perfectly and the lamb chops were a highlight. My wife loved the grilled pineapple and the Brazilian soda. They had a promo for lobster tails at twenty bucks extra which was a no brainer. Salad bar is solid too with fresh mozzarella and good options for vegetarians. Whether it’s a date night or a celebration, Chima is a great choice.

The customer service was top tier with Erick. My favorite meats were the top sirloin, chicken, salmon with green sauce, and lamb! We were in town for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was worth the lunch reservation! The staff serving the meat were a delight, professional and friendly! We will definitely come back…if my husband ever stops eating!!!!
