Fries were old, cold and stale. They know they were wrong for what they sent me. Burger was also so cold the cheese wasn’t melted and there were no pickles. Will not be buying from this location again. I read the reviews and still ordered like a dummy. Don’t be like me

Girl at window did not give me my CREDIT CARD. I sat there at the window about 45 seconds thinking maybe I was wrong. Due to illness I needed to eat. I pulled into parking there going thru my bag looking for my card for a good 10 minutes. My truck clearly visible to front of store. No one brought me my card. I drove around the store and went to drive through again and asked for my damn card. The guy left the window and came back with my card. I also saw person who kept card around that corner. I have not been to BK in about 5/10yrs since getting burnt food from the refugee road one now closed. Ugh. I really use to live on BK breakfast before WFM. Service is now always bad.

We ordered the trio, with one of each sandwhich, the impossible whopper meal, and a mushroom melt meal, with extra melt. Paid cash, did not receive a receipt. Tried to call the store once we arrived home, but no one answers the phone. We were given multiples of the first order and had the impossible whopper meal left off. The cashier or expo person must have been tweaking. Consider drug testing your employees. Food and service in the past has been great. Tonight, the cashier seemed… confused. Disappointed in management ignoring the phone.

Ordered food on Uber eats at 11:22pm, they let 2 different drivers show up before they told the 2nd one, at 12 now that they’re closed, they didnt have what i ordered so I would need to request a refund. Why do I need to request a refund when you can cancel the order if you don’t have what I ordered? Bs service at its best

They have a brand new building…. It’s already gross in there. Besides the lack of cleaning (which is free, btw) the food was ok… Something’s bad about them fries or the grease, IDK, but it’s changed. Service is on par, with the atmosphere. I guess when you own property and buildings you simply gaf about money, rather than service. Gotta look for a better burger King, for myself. This wasn’t the first bad time
