I placed an order for 2 large pizzas and an order of garlic knots. I had placed the order for a 5:30 pickup and arrived 5-10 minutes early! They immediately greeted me and were very nice. I grabbed our food and took it back home. Unfortunately this was the first time ever that Poseidon’s was not that great. The pizza was cold like it has been made right when I placed the order at 430. The thin crust was also PAPER thin and over cooked it seemed. Poseidons is usually very good! We will try it again in a couple weeks and give a new review!

We ordered the Deep Dish Sunday at MawMaw’s Pizza on a Friday night — our first time trying their deep dish style. We’ve definitely had Poseidon Pizza before and really like their regular pizzas, but this one was a little different for us. It’s heavy on the sauce, lighter on the toppings, with a fair amount of cheese. The flavor was good and interesting — not sure I’d get this particular pizza again since I’m not a big ricotta fan, but I’d definitely try their deep dish again in another variety.
We really appreciate that Poseidon Pizza not only makes good food, but also gives back to the community. When we’re eating out or getting our Friday night pizza, they’re always in our rotation and a local favorite to support.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party, and spent $52 total including a tip, and 6 sauce cups. The pizza we received was the worst pizza I have ever seen and eaten. It does not resemble the photos the company advertises the food to look like, nor did it look appetizing. The crust was thin, hard and dry. The gooey cheese and warm sauce one would expect was not there. This pizza tasted and looked like it had been sitting out for days. I’m so disappointed and upset about the quality I got for spending $52 on 2 pizzas. It closely resembled cardboard with hard cheese. Our guests mentioned that did not enjoy it either and recommended Dominos for the next party!

Ordered the Deep Dish pizza which was delicious! Also ordered the cinnamon roll to try and it was rock hard and I realized it was made over a week ago (8 days old yuck) so that went into the trash. Otherwise then that we will definitely order more pizza in the future!

This was excellent pizza! I had never tried them before so went with a basic go to for me, a hand tossed with pepperoni, beef and banana peppers and it did not disappoint. Cheese is great quality, perfect texture and the crust was a nice mix of slightly crunchy on the outside and pillowy and chewy on the inside. Pizza was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to try their many specialty pies as well as the deep dish. I highly recommend Poseidon’s.

Food was decent but cold. Ordered delivery and was given a 45 min. delivery time. Received food 2 hours later.
Update to owner’s response: yes, we called at the one hour 15 mark when the delivery time on your website updated to push out another 45 mins. We ordered directly through your website. We were told the driver just arrived and will be on the way with no other explanation. I appreciate you reaching out. As mentioned, the food was good, and I’m sure would’ve been excellent if received earlier. As a small business, I hope you’re able to work out the issue with the 3rd party that delivers and if not, look into other ways to successfully provide that convenience option to your customers. We would definitely send our business your way again, but only if we’re able to pickup ourselves. Have a wonderful day and thank you again for responding. It does show that you genuinely care.

Poseidon Pizza is an absolute win every time. The pizza is consistently — perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, and great flavor in every bite. You can tell they care about quality, not just pumping out food. Staff is always friendly, orders are on point, and the vibes are solid! Easily one of my go-to spots when I want legit pizza. Highly recommend!!!!

This was our first time eating there, and man are we spoiled now. The pizza, New York style and deep dish GOAT, was Phenomenal!!! I, personally, will say it’s in my top 3 best ever!!! Cheesy knots – perfection of cheesy and garlic. Meatballs, like my Italian Grandmothers (HUGE COMPLIMENT).

Poseidons is my favorite pizza joint in NKY. Creative flavors, friendly staff, and respectable ownership. Their Chicken Alfredo Pizza is my absolute favorite of all time (and if you know me – this is a huge compliment), but the classic pepperoni is also great. This picky eater gives Poseidons 5 stars!! ❤️
