Went to eat the place super packed so they had us sit at the bar, thats fine but the stools super small your literally on top of the person next to you.
And right in front of the bar is where the dishes are done so while people are eating the dishes are being washed so the lady threw a plate in and the water splashed all over my boyfriend and mines plate. When we let the server know that it got on the food she only apologized didn’t offer to replace it or nothing we just decided to leave and when she ringed us up for what was eaten on the tip part I tipped and she questioned my tip. Won’t be coming back

The service was alright minus taking twice as long as normal. But I’m sorry, The fact that this waffle house is to go order menu is double the price of every single waffle house in the nation Is really just annoying. It’s obviously a franchise trying to double up on prices to make some money off of another brands cheap ideas. Get a grip. Nobody wants to pay 25 bucks for a hashbrowns, a biscuit sandwich and a waffle. I’ll be in town for five days and definitely won’t be back to this location… it’s regularly a $15 order…

We went here to get hashbrown bowls togo and the cashier name was Kelly. She took the people order in front of us and once they walked off I approached the register and greeted her she spoke back and walked off from me without saying anything further. I told my fiance I wanted to leave but he convinced me that we have never had an issue at this waffle House maybe it’s just her so I decided to place my order again while informing her that she just walked off without acknowledging that we were in the togo line. Her response was very rude and she said she didn’t know we wanted to order but we clearly were standing right behind 2 customers that had just placed a togo order so the excuse she gave us was not valid. She is very rude and should not be representing Waffle house especially at this particular location because alot of important people come through that area. She does not smile or anything. When my order was ready her interaction was very standoff. Me and my fiance come here all the time at night and we’ve always had a pleasant experience but this particular worker “Kelly” will make customers not want to return to this location just because of her attitude and her face expression while speaking to customers. I asked her for her manager she pointed at someone that was cooking but never clarified which one was her manager so I decided to go ahead and leave the store and write a review so the company and as well as customers can be aware of this type of experience in the future.

Waited an extra 10 minutes after my food was handed to me because I was told they had food ready when it wasn’t. I watched them cook the entire bucket and then served me the remaining food. Yeah definitely would not go back. I’ll go to a different one and hopefully I won’t get lied to.
