I ordered To Go from Olive Garden on Joe Battle, and everything went better than expected. My food was ready before the pickup time listed in the app, and someone came out to check on the order and confirm my name. That kind of attention makes a big difference. The meal was packed well, still hot when I got home, and tasted just as good as dining in—solid service and efficiency. I will definitely order from this location again.

The food here never disappoints it’s super good. I’ve been to this location several times and Ive have never had an issue. I mostly show up on super busy night and the service is always great the staff is super great and friendly. Genesis was our server and she was amazing super sweet she made sure everything was perfect. Overall I’ve had great experiences here but this last was was amazing.

Great location, very large parking lot, excellent service. We waited 20 minutes for a table. The staff was very attentive. Thank you very much, Tobias, for being so professional and kind in serving us. Thank you for making our dinner very pleasant.

I am a server at a different olive garden location and i came to this one yesterday for lunch we were sitting down for 10 minutes not greeted i already had put our drinks and appetizers on ziosk then someone comes to bring us our appetizers when we havent even been greeted by our server! we get our appetizers theres a hair on the mozzarella sticks okay no big deal it happens we send it back our server FINALLY COMES and she doesnt introduce herself or apologize for the wait i told her i already put in our drinks and she looked annoyed then she takes our order and takes forever bringing soups salad and breadsticks we were already done with our appetizers by the time she brings out our soups and salad we find another hair wrapped around the tongs we told her about it she just took the bowl and didnt say anything comes back with new salad and our entrees i ordered fettuccine alfredo and when i pick up the spoon theres another HAIR!!!! i was so shocked i told her she looked annoyed and took it back we didnt get apologies the manager didnt come to address the problem he only compt our meal
Worst server ever as a server myself im very understanding when it comes to other servers but she was awful she doesnt know the steps of service which is greet tables under 30 sec bring out drinks appetizers soups and salad in under 5 min TEN minutes the most which is all shown to u during training as a olive garden server she didnt do check back pre bus refills steps either idk but horrible experience i never would give this treatment to a customer. I did not get her name but she had thick black eyeliner and bangs

Olive Garden has always been a go to for our family. We decided to go here for dinner to catch up with some friends. It was a week day night so it was not super busy. Since se got there, our waitress seemed in a hurry ti get our orders right away. We were barely ordering drinks and she was already asking what entrees we wanted before anyone had a look at the menu. Our food came out, items were great. As soon as we were done with our food, the waitress asked if we were going to pay card or cash. We told her we were not ready to close out. Like mentioned, we were catching up with some friends and were having a nice conversation. I understand if it was a busy weekend and they wanted to clear the table, but it was not super busy and there was no wait time. Our waitress kept harassing us to pay the bill. We finally decided to pay so that she would leave us alone and the machine didn’t work. She then proceeded to say we had to get up and go pay up at the front. Again, we were not ready to leave just yet. It seemed she wanted to get rid of us. We finally paid and my friend wanted a bag for her to go plates. Waitress never showed up again. My friend asked another waitress for a bag & followed her to where the other waitress was, our waitress then proceeded to state “They already paid, they’re not my table anymore I don’t have to give them a bag”. So in summary, we felt rushed and our waitress made our visit not so enjoyable.

We love Olive Garden and so do our kids, this is our compromise spot as our kids love pizza and us the rest of the options here. After placing my online order and arriving I was notified the two kids pizzas weren’t able to be fulfilled. I understood and was appreciative of the options they offered!
Without asking Richard and Alicia, they took care of my order’s cost. They went above and beyond for my family.
After being in years of leadership I can tell Richard treats his employees as he treats his customers creating a culture of great service.
Appreciate the gesture! You might find the same great food at other olive garden locations, but the service and care this team provides is incomparable. Thanks Richard and Alicia.
