I arrived at this location 15 minutes before the closing time and was told by Julie (the cashier) that I could not order a smoothie, but could only purchase a bottled item. When I commented that they close at 5:00 p.m. and it was well before the closing time, I was told by Amina (the person making smoothies) that she had to leave at 5:00 p.m. and needed to clean before leaving. These employees exhibited zero flexibility nor made any attempt to accommodate my order despite my arriving during the posted business hours. The laziness, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service is enough for me to never return, especially for a product that can easily be made at home. A zero rating would be more appropriate because that is exactly what I received…..nothing. I see others have expressed similar issues with this location in the past and hope the matter is taken more seriously.

This establishment closes around 7pm. I came in at 640pm and they said they weren’t no longer blending fruits or making bowls because the establishment is closing in 20 minutes. Then the employee asked if I wanted the bowl that she previously blended for someone else which was sitting and melted. Bad customer service. The establishment closes in 20 minutes and they are unable to make traditional bowls or smoothies because they shut the machines down early.
