In the last 6 months they have NEVER gotten my order correct. Multiple times to the point where I check my food, take it in to get it corrected, and it STILL comes out wrong. It’s not a hard order. Just extra ketchup and extra onion. Yet they either just completely mess it up even though it’s rang in correctly, or just straight up give me someone else’s burger. Multiple times in the SAME DAY I’ve had to go in to get it fixed. Today I went in TWICE. The first time I explained it was wrong and asked for a NEW one because it was also already cold as hell. They literally put the stuff on there and handed me the exact same burger, but still missing stuff. I called and the. Went back for a new one, and not only did I have to double check in the lobby, but they told my that I should just make sure to check my order every time from now on, like I don’t already do that. I told her that didn’t make a difference and even when I do that and come in to get it fixed it’s still wrong half the time or more. They gave me a new one, and she tells me it’s hot even though it’s sitting in my hand lukewarm. I used to work at mcdonald’s, and it’s not that hard to just read the ticket and get the food correct. The only reason I still go to this one is because it’s only 5 minutes away from my house and I don’t feel like driving an extra 5 to 10 minutes each way to go somewhere else just to have my food get cold when I get home. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I got home 5m later the ” hot burger” was already ice cold. It definitely wasn’t got when they gave it to me. It was obvious immediately. READ YOUR TICKETS.

When we came inside this McDonald’s , there was no one at the front taking orders. The place was trashy and there was food everywhere on the floor. Service was horrible, they took long making our food. Everywhere I looked there was fries, nugget boxes, napkins and ketchup on the floor. When I went to the bathroom there was no paper to dry my hands with. Never coming back.

If you’re looking good food at decent price? Then this Place isn’t for you. EVERY single time I order here, whether is doordash or in house, they always seem to miss or mess up your order. I had ordered a whole meal for myself and my partner, they missed the fries all together and gave me a completely different burger. Mess up once or twice and I’ll understand, but mess up EVERY single time? I recommend not eating here!
When my partner went in she spoke to a woman who was extremely rude to her, giving her attitude, and just overall being unprofessional. As a former customer, I recommend you driving to downtown Waco for a WAY better service!

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I waited in this line for over 30 minutes, on top of having four cars taken ahead of me from the first lane, all who came in behind me. I’ve NEVER experienced a wait like this at McDonald’s in my life except for at this location. Not the first instance, but I will make sure I don’t come back again. Who ever runs this place, do better.

**Title: Disappointing Breakfast Experience**

I recently visited McDonald’s for breakfast and had a rather disappointing experience. The main issue was with the quality of the food and the service. The bacon on my sandwich was as soft as a noodle, lacking any crispiness or texture that you’d expect from a breakfast item. It felt like it was barely cooked, making the sandwich quite unappetizing.

To make matters worse, the bagel sandwich was just thrown into the bag haphazardly. When we opened it, we discovered that it was disassembled, and we had to put it together ourselves. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’re expecting a quick and easy meal from a fast-food chain.

Additionally, the staff seemed to have no idea how to use the table plaques to bring out food. We waited at our table for a long time, only to find out that our order had been sitting at the counter. The lack of organization and communication among the staff was evident, and it contributed to the overall negative experience.

It was clear that the staff was extremely lazy and unmotivated that day. The entire visit left much to be desired, and it was not the level of service I have come to expect from McDonald’s. I hope they can address these issues and improve their service in the future.

This store is always busy and perhaps is the cause for my particular issue. My girlfriend is a door dasher in her spare time and I observed while riding along that she was treated rudely and singled out by store employees for not being a typical customer, Like door dasher are a nuisance. Hopefully this can be corrected by management as it brings more revenue by participating in door dash.

If I could give zero stars to this exact restaurant, I would. For being located on a highway you would think that they would figure out not to put signs over where they display your order so then you could make sure the order is correct. This of course is after you tell them the order three times. I understand that they hate their jobs but I also work in the food industry and this was such a joke. They got all my menu items wrong, and it was not a complicated order. 0/10 would not recommend

Placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 25 minutes just for a large fry. I’ve waited less time at a restaurant for a full meal. I could see staff standing around laughing as I was waiting. Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been.

Manager was rude and they were supposed to bring the food to the table they said they don’t do that which I know is a lie. All the workers looks like they don’t wanna be there so everything is coming out bad . I recommend not going to this location if you can you will be disappointed
