I had a really nice experience at the National Coney Island on the 11 Mile and Gratiot location! I had a typical coney dog and bowl of chili, which tastes just like being a part of Detroit culture and cuisine! Chili and coney dogs were certainly great, and service is very good.

For $26.75 for 4 coneys and 2 fries you’d think it’d be spectacular and delicious. It’s like, barely appetizing at best. Fries tasted like fried fish, coney dogs were not cooked well at all and the service was slow in the drive through. For the price, I could’ve made this at home with plenty more servings and way better taste.

We had a great experience at this National! We were promptly greeted by two servers who were busy but let us know they would be right there.
Our server, Melana was so great she was aware when drinks were low and recalled a sauce request without being asked. She was friendly but not overbearing. We really enjoyed her service and will def be back.

I ordered a chicken salad and this is all the chicken I got on it. Every other Coney Island gives 3x this amount for an order. Naturally I won’t be going g back here again. You’re paying for the big named sign of NATIONAL bcus you sure aren’t paying for chicken in the salad. I thought olives on a salad would be good, but they’re not. SMH!

Went on a last minute date night here! As always the food was amazing! Alayna was our server and she was absolutely wonderful!! She was kind and funny and willing to joke with us as we ordered. We will definitely be back to see her!!

Server was great. Hash browns was cold, omelet taste like it was warmed up in the microwave. The sausage gave was amazing. My baby loved the chocolate chip Pancakes. The breakfast sandwich was good, it tasted even better with the gravy on it. Overall it was a good experience
