Stopped by Silverwood Grill for the first time on my way back from the lake today. Here are the pictures. We were arguing between trying this place or going to Texas Roadhouse, honestly, I wish we had gotten a steak instead. But 10 out of 10 for appearance and the chicken and tempra shrimp was really good.

My coworker and I were craving sushi while out in the field, and we picked this sushi spot since it was nearby. I liked how the owner acknowledged us to come in since we parked like seven minutes before they opened. I ordered Coke and two sets of 8ct California Rolls. He did mention that the rolls are small. The restaurant and restroom are clean. I would eat there again. I just can’t forget to request Scrichia sauce or any hot sauce to put on my sushi rolls. The owner gave us a pleasant experience. Thank you!

My coworker told me about this place. “Middle of nowhere” was how she explained this place. I was seriously doubting myself when I was driving there, whether there indeed would be a restaurant… I took a friend from Michigan to this place on Saturday, and we loved it. Agreed that we will be visiting this place whenever he is in LA. Great food, great staff, very delicious…

Don’t take this place at face value! It is off the beaten path, on the side of the road alone, and doesn’t look like much, but it came with the high recommendation of friends and we were passing by so we stopped. Glad we did! We had two of the specialty sushi rolls, both of which were incredibly flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The Dynamite roll was especially memorable, but everything was very affordable and delicious. It wasn’t very busy, but service was quick, food came in a timely manner, and we left very satisfied customers.

It’s like out of nowhere. Made a u turn to try it out. It’s okay. Food is standard like many places in town, nothing to praise about Good service. Price is very expensive. Got the beef bento box and dragon roll. Dragon roll was not impressed. Both cme out to be $40 something after tax. All the items are expensive and don’t look tasty.

What can I say. This place blew my expectations out of the water. Friendly staff. Amazing K BBQ. We felt like we were in the owners kitchen, invited over for dinner. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, authentic, and reasonably priced. The ingredients are high quality. The experience was immersive and welcoming. We are now making dinner here a monthly ritual.

I passed by this place thousands of times. Finally had an opportunity to have lunch here. Among the nicest people I ever met. Very unique atmosphere. Surrounded by forest and manzanita. I ordered the teriyaki bento lunch (they called it something else). It was good. What sets this place apart is it’s far away from everything. No rush. Just enjoy the atmosphere.
Definitely coming back with friends for the Korean BBQ.

Good food. Very low staffed and prices on menu mark up on the total. We all got different udon bowls. They have a great combo price with a roll and udon bowl. Over all a pretty great place. Priced high ranging from 10-40 dollars.

First visit to this restaurant today. I will be returning. Highly recommend! I went after encouragement from my son-in-law, daughter, and several co-workers. From outside, it appears to be a little roadside restaurant out in the middle of the desert, off the 138, almost to Silverwood Lake. But in fact it is a shining star, a diamond in the rough. Went there for lunch with a friend. I could not stop eating! We ordered a monkey ball appetizer, CA Roll, “Las Vegas” Roll, “Summit Valley”, and Spicy Tuna Roll. Everything was so flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. The Chef is very gracious, humble, and **very good** at what he does. Very casual environment, no pretentiousness. We’ll definitely be back to check out the whole Korean BBQ menu. Check it out on your way to or from the lake!

For an out of the way little restaurant that serve sushi in the middle of nowhere it is one of the best restaurants near my home. I was a first time customer and was completely pleased with the food. Service was a little slow, but I’m totally willing to forgive it. There was a crew of 3 (including the sushi master) and at least 9 tables of customers on a Thursday night. We all seemed to come in at the same time.
