Who ever works the night shift on Wednesday needs to be fired. I’m here at 11pm and have been waiting any employee to show up for 30 minutes. There are 3 different signs saying open 24 hours and I have seen 9 other cars of people try to go through the drive through but there is literally no one in the restaurant. I know there is someone inside because they just turned off the lights.

With the suggestion of my grandson who told me to get a burger the way he orders it. I’ll say it was different with not having a dripping & soggy burger. Burger was hot, and actually very good… the meat patty has that ‘flame broiled’ taste! Fries were okay, not a hot as the burger but okay. Restaurant was nice and clean throughout the entire place. Soda fountain area was very clean, no sticky drink syrup in that area.

When I went in for my pickup mobile order, everything seemed well till she was gonna give me 4 drinks (honest mistake). she got upset with one of the other employees who told her that my drink was on the counter. She rolled her eyes. I decided to eat inside and I’m sure glad I did. Both patties were burnt on both sides on the double whopper. Though I don’t make a fuss, everytime i’ve come to this specific location there’s always something wrong. Either no salt on fries or missing items. I will commend them for following my customizations that was well done.

I stopped by Burger King recently, and I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went. The staff was polite, and even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved quickly. My order came out hot and accurate, which I appreciate because that’s not always guaranteed with fast food.

The Whopper tasted fresh, and the fries had a good crunch without being too salty. The dining area was reasonably clean, and I noticed employees wiping down tables between customers, which was a nice touch.

Overall, it wasn’t anything overly fancy—just solid fast food done right. If you’re craving something quick and dependable, this Burger King gets the job done. I’d definitely come back.

Was told this place got better. Went in today. Ordered two Whopper meals. Still sucks. One didn’t come with cheese when we took it back up there. They put cold cheese on it and rewrapped. When They finally remade the burger, It still wasn’t melted. Neither Burger was not hot. Fries were over salted. Soda flat. Employees complacent.

Placed an online order to the store and when I arrived no one answered on the speaker. After trying to get my order any way I could i noticed an employee sitting on her phone behind the store smoking weed. My girlfriend walked up to the window and knocked and was met with another worker throwing her hands up and walking out of sight who was also on her phone and ready to leave. They finally stopped ignoring us and told us the kitchen was closed for cleaning. A sign indicating that would be nice and not letting me spend my money on the app as well. Edit/ update: I went back the next day and explained the situation to the manager, everyone was super accommodating and understanding. They apologized and even gave me a free piece of pie. I appreciate the effort to make up for a mistake that wasn’t even their fault. Much better experience!

I visited this Burger King location around 2:30 PM today and had a disappointing experience.

We asked about the new revamped Whopper that’s currently being promoted. The employee working the drive-thru, Carl, did not seem to know what we were referring to. When we tried to clarify and asked whether it was different from the regular Whopper, he stated it was the same thing as a #1 combo and told us we “shouldn’t get it.”

That response felt discouraging and unprofessional. If new menu items or promotions are being advertised, employees should be informed or at least take the time to clarify politely. Instead of helping us understand the difference, we felt brushed off.

We weren’t upset about the food we were simply trying to order something that is currently being promoted. Better product knowledge and customer service would have made a big difference in this experience.

I’ve been here multiple times but this morning I got accused of my money being fake by a drive thru employee who clearly doesn’t know how to properly check money , I had a 1995 edition $10 bill I got from the BANK in which she took and “checked” and handed back to me saying it was “fake and can’t be accepted” I assured her it wasn’t fake in which she caught an attitude and asked “well do you have a credit card” I didn’t have anything else on me but cash and she said she “can’t / won’t “ accept it because it can’t be properly checked … anybody who’s worked in retail or customer service knows to look for the ink printed invisible line inside the bill that you can see under LIGHT. Since my money is fake , the phone line is off , and I can’t get ahold of anybody to correct this embarrassment I won’t be back.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this place, but waiting at the speaker to place an order shouldn’t take 7 minutes. Total wait time was close to 15 min. If you’re in a rush, it’s better to skip this place and go to McDonald’s across the street.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place definitely needs to do better. Twice now I have found something wrong with their food. This last time was the final straw. After finding a dead fly wrapped in one of my breakfast croissants, I urge a lot of people not to eat at this Burger King.
