This place use to be spot on for breakfast. After several disappointing visits, hoping they would get better, I quit. I’ll drive the extra miles to eat at Chick-fil-A. Im 100% aware management cares less about reviews but just informing anyone else that plans on breakfast at this Hardee’s

It took 25 minutes to get our 2 biscuits. Restaurant was filthy, no napkins. It appeared they only cared about drive thru. Stood at register (was never acknowledged) until I asked if we needed to go to drive thru to get service

Im writing this post….knowing for a fact that previous reviews apparently did not resolve issues already mentioned. I have a certain expectation of Hardee’s and this one certainly has no standards. I wish I had paid more attention to the condition of the restaurant before ordering my very sub-par luke warm meal. As mentioned in other reviews Drink station was a total cluster cluck wet spots napkins lids random on floor left over coffee spills ect. None of the table were clean. As I waited in line another customer had issues with her drink order. I watch the cashier that help her come inside from his car not evening washing his hands. He took care of her drink order but had over filled cup with ice and excess ice made it onto the counter. No attempt was made to remove ice from counter. Customer and I looked at eachother both apparently realizing we both made same mistake of coming to this restaurant. Please Hardee’s do better or just shut down. I’m hoping this place is inspected soon because no telling how bad conditions are elsewhere in this place. If this place has a manager, please look in the mirror and ask better of yourself or leave because you have certainly failed to do your job.

I ordered a chicken biscuit this morning. It was quick getting it, however the chicken tasted old and rubbery. The biscuit was very thin, over cooked and GREASY! You would think for almost $6.00 you would get something better. I would have been better off getting it from Chic FIL et!

This is a great location! Drive through was super fast. Understood my order instantly even when using coupon. We’re very friendly. Food tasted great! And my biscuit was in the shape of a heart! Very good Hardee’s location!

I came in to order the tenders combo and requested the tenders be cooked fresh. The guy behind the counter started yelling that the tenders they had were already fresh. With such an attitude. Then the cashier yelled I KNOW!!. I think this was a very unprofessional way to treat a paying customer… I will not come to this Hardee’s again.

The restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom didn’t look clean (at 9:45 am). The drink area didn’t look well kept. The person ringing me up sorta spooked me out with the wild makeup. But, the breakfast was pleasant for the most part. I did take out.

We visted store 1602784 for lunch. Our burgers were reheated and hard as leather, Buns not toasted. The drink area has mold and syrup build up on all of the containers and machine. The floor below the drink station has dirt buildup and trash that has been there for several days. We are tempted to call the health department, but sent this syrvery instead.
