I have been to burger kings before in different locations, but this is the worst customer service I have experienced. There are at least 10 people waiting for their orders and the staff are giving such an irresponsible answers when I asked about my order is very frustrating. They have my order sitting there and I was been waiting there for more than 10 minutes to pick it up. And it was cold after I took it. I had to throw it. I will never return to this location again.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The staff has this scam where they tell you to wait at the ordering screen until your food is ready. Then they have you drive up to pay and get your food together. I assume to avoid setting off the wait sensor at the window. Makes the drive through worthless. They also just got the drive through freshly redone and added a second order screen. Anyway, one week later, the new screen is “not working”.

From what I can gather the people working here are not having the best time and it seems like hard work, so I don’t want this to come across as hitting someone while their down. Then again, I cannot lie about what the quality of the products were or the quality of the facility. So, me and my friends enter this place at around the end of the day, around 9pm. I order a 4 piece churro fries for $2.65. Firstly, they look a lot bigger in the promotional material than they actually are, secondly, they taste alright. To be fair, it came with complimentary chocolate sauce, but it really tasted more like a mix of fake, factory made chocolate with more than a hint of licorice or chocolate liquor in it.
Lastly, I just want to say that it came in a big bag, but then the fries itself was in a lot smaller bag inside the big bag. It was like playing Russian Dolls! Anyways, this review mostly just covers the churro fries, if you actually wanted to see a review about the burgers and how they taste this is not it. One thing is for sure though, unless you have a lot of money, do not buy the churro fries. They are not worth it.
Oh, and before I forget, the bathrooms were not in the best state when I arrived, but I will give this a pass as me and my friends were probably the last customers there.

Had a great experience. Friendly employees.and I like the new crispy onion whopper. Love the renovation of the parking lot, putting a 2 drive thru lane. 1 of the best bk store we visited.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this location. Due to being quarantined with a 2 year old, being pregnant and working from home, I ordered for a lunch delivery. The delivery came and one of the drinks were wrong.No big deal. Then we found a HAIR in one of the sandwiches. I get it, things happen. What upset me was when I called them, they were not apologetic or helpful. All they said was that they check the orders and that I was wrong. I also paid for cheese on a whopper and guess what… no cheese. Pictures below to show.

“This morning around 10:30 AM, on the way to Tallman State Park, I went through the Burger King drive-thru. The staff was extremely rude. In addition, I’ve seen plenty of other reviews mentioning that the drive-thru staff at this location are really terrible. It seems like no matter how much you complain to the store or the manager, nothing changes. This place really needs improvement, and right now it’s just the worst experience.”

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience felt too off not to say something.
I went in around 10 PM and ordered a Triple Whopper, but was quietly served an Impossible Whopper instead — something I never ordered or agreed to.
The staff seemed cold, whispering behind the counter, and overall unwelcoming. When I politely asked for ketchup, I was told it was already in the bag — but it felt like my presence was unwelcome from the start.
There were no outright insults, but the energy was heavy and dismissive.
This may not be a big deal to some, but respect and clarity matter. Whether the staff was tired or something deeper was going on, it affected the entire experience.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect — and served what they actually ordered.
Tonight’s visit missed that completely.

The lady who took my order, she got it incorrectly. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks, but she got me 8 chicken nuggets instead. I just had it because I didn’t even want to go talk to her. After I finished the order, I said thank you. She just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I asked for another straw, and I said thank you again. Still no answer. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce because she forgot to get them for us. I said thank you again. She just stared at me with still, kinda cold face. Didn’t even say no problem or something. I was trying to be polite, and this lady just ignored me. I guess she didn’t even want to talk to her customers ♀️
