I had the 9 piece steak nugget meal. It came with curly fries and I chose a sweet tea to wash it down. I also ordered a 5 piece jalapeño cheese bites. The first thing I ate was the fries. They were over cooked. The steak bites looked bad, but actually tasted pretty good. The jalapeños were good. The tea was surprisingly good too.

Worst service I’ve ever received at an Arby’s. The clerk was rude and dismissive. Didn’t wait for answers before slamming the window shut and just giving us something we didn’t want (replacement soda since they were out of what we wanted!) Out of multiple things without any conversations or apologoes. Food took forever and they don’t have dedicated parking spaces to wait. By the time we got our food, the fries were hot but the chicken was not.

There was nothing wrong with my order, but the manager was rude to my son. He is 4 and special needs. There was a sign that he saw on the counter. Being the curious little one that he is, he picked it up to look at it. The manager threw a conniption fit because he picked it up. Then when I told him to put it back, he didn’t put it back where she wanted to, she moved the sign and said that I have no control over my son. What if a child who was more special needs than my son had gone in and did that? It’s not like he tore up the sign or colored on it. Please be more mindful of young children and especially those who are special needs.

Disgusting!

After ordering and paying in the drive-thru we were direct to the opposite side of the building, by the main entrance. The main entrance was bustling and parking was at a premium. When our food finally arrived a girl with the longest fingernails I’ve ever seen in person. To confirm we were being delivered the correct food (we couldn’t match receipts mainly because we were not given one at the drive-thru, nor did she have one) she dug those disgusting germ-laden talons into the bag and began pulling our food out in the parking lot. Why she is allowed to work in food service without gloves baffles me. I couldn’t rate the quality of the food, because I promptly threw it away. $25 down the drain and another teenager “expressing” themselves to the detriment of their employer, their customers and society as a whole.

ordered 3 sliders and small potato cakes. Paid and was told to park and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes and decided to call to see if it was coming because I was going to be late to work. She said it’ll be right out. Another 7 minutes passed and I gor out of my car to go inside, I bumped into the guy l. everything was shoved into a 6 inch bag and it ripped and sauce and napkins went flying. worst experience for “fast” food ever!!!

I want to report that there are three young women working in this establishment at 18408, a brunette with black and blue hair, another young woman, and a young man in the kitchen. So I came to order my food to deliver to a customer and this young woman threw it at me. What an unpleasant experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THESE WOMEN. They do not respect the delivery men who are only doing our job of delivering the customer’s order. I arrived politely, said hello and everything politely. Monday 4:21 PM

Sandwiches old and dry. Not enough cheese. We didn’t get the pies we ordered. And the peach cobbler was burnt. Really bad..Dont order from this Arbys..Urber driver great.

I’ve gone here many multiple times before and the food was superb I always get either the traditional gyro meal or the Italian sub meal both of them are very flavorful and filling. Sauces enhance the flavor wonderfully. The only thing that holds this Arby’s back and the entire chain in general is that it is overpriced for what a consumer gets. Two sandwich meals and a sandwich by itself plus a cookie is around 25 dollars which is to me is almost not worth buying the food.
