I enjoy this in-n-out a lot. I usually don’t walk in always drive thru but I decided to do a walk in today. Unfortunately once I got home, I went to eat my meal and notice a long string of black hair in my fries. I called the store( customer service line they have now). Lady was nice she applozied and is sending me over gift cards as compensation.

Delicious!!! Today was such a great experience for my kids and I. We ordered our food, went to sit down and the people the next two tables over were chatting while they waited for their food. Grandfather and grandson at one table and another gentleman at the other. They were asking each other how their day was and talking about their day and interests. The grandpa asked the other man if he believed in The Lord Jesus Christ and the man said indeed he does! It was so beautiful the interaction. We Love in & out, it’s the best there is. This interaction really added to our day and the experience.

I love IN & OUT but this time, wasn’t good visit. As you can see on video, on floor lot of napkins. Floor was sticky like for really long time nobody clean it. What a mess. For was ok, needed to ask for another fries, they gave me cold ones. So as you can read, that visit wasn’t good at all. So disappointed, please do it all better next time.

Accidentally ended up at this In-N-Out, and it was a happy mistake! You can never go wrong with In-N-Out—it’s our go-to burger spot that never disappoints. We usually order the Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions, and it’s always delicious. This time, I went through the drive-thru, and the service was excellent as always. Love this place!

This has been the neighborhood In N Out for my family since we moved here from LA about 2 decades ago. The appeal hasn’t waned! There is a drive thru queue every single night! We’ve learned our lesson and just go in to order for both dine in and take out. I tried their Animal Style Double Double for the first time, and it was something else! Who knew that frying the patties slathered with mustard and topping them off with pickles, plus their special sauce would elevate my favorite burger to new heights?

i was given a pink burger when i’m already half way into the burger i realized it was pink i did get a new one but still for in and out to give you a pink burger is crazy, the service here is amazing but the chefs here just seem lazy for an example the pink burger, or when i ask for an extra toasted bun it will be no where near toasted like if i go to another in and out, or when i ask for light lettuce they’ll literally give me extra it seems like, so i just think the chefs here suck but everything else is great
