Most expensive thing on the menu.
This was the first time I’ve not been disappointed with how much I have paid for something since I moved to this state a year ago.
I don’t know what Team of talented people were running the kitchen the night of 1/3/25, but keep them, high five them, and give them a raise!
That pizza was a thing cooked to perfection, and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious.
No soggy bottom. An extra large slice, heavy with toppings, didn’t flop at all, but also wasn’t overcooked.
I haven’t had a pizza this good since I was at I Ghibellini in Florence, Italy.
Please don’t be like every other place that doesn’t value good staff and lets their food become disappointing.
For the love of everything worth a damn in this world, please continue this level of quality!
Overall average experience, definitely not like the previous reviews were for this place.
I was craving some pizza for dinner and found this place not far from where I was. First thing you notice when you walk in is how small the place is. There’s literally 2 tables here (1 that can fit two people, the other larger table can probably fit 8+? I would definitely plan on carry out here since there’s a slim chance you’ll have a place to sit otherwise.
Their menu is pretty expansive. Do yourself a favor and admire the chalk menu but stick to the print outs since it’ll all be in one location and easier to read (you’ll be there all day otherwise). I ordered a medium meatball and margherita pizza that actually comes with a side of garlic bread knots and a size of marinara sauce.
The pizza is a Neapolitan style pizza (made with San Marzano tomatoes grown specifically in a region of Italy) and has a thin crunchy crust.
The pizza itself was delicious (especially with the fresh basil) and the garlic knots were also surprisingly buttery and tasty with the marinara sauce.
They also have a ton of pizza slices available so there’s bound to be something you’re hankering for if you give it a good glance. The pizza is slightly pricier but the ingredients itself makes it very much worthwhile. I’ll be back to try some of their other pizzas!
In addition, the pizza was mediocre after I personally added some mozzarella and heated it back up(my addtl mozza on the left and without on the right). Did they change chef’s? Idk, but i really liked their pizza in the past. Luckily for me there are at least 2 other nearby pizza places I will go back to ordering from.
This is a prime example of poor customer service from a business that clearly does not care about ALL their customers. Just for the record I would have given 4 stars if the person in the background was better versed in customer service. Their new motto should be “what does one customer complaint matter?” please view pics below.
