Went in last night and there was no customer service.
So I asked if I could sit down at a table and nobody ever came to take my order or ask what I wanted to drink… No service at all.
After almost 15 minutes,
I decided to walk out and go across the street and eat at Charley’s.
This is basically a management issue… If you don’t have enough workers, maybe you should consider treating them better, paying them better, and maybe just doing the right thing.

Not greeted there were two other patrons at the same time as me one entered after me one that was already standing in a corner clearly waiting for his food walking in you would think there would’ve been a high welcome Inn welcome to Pizza Hut anything the guy that was working in the front never acknowledge my insurance at all. Another girl walked in waiting for her food. She’s greeted cavalierly, but still greeted then when it came to my letting him know that I had not been helped he was like what’s the name very dry I gave him my information he pulls up the order, throws the receipt on the counter, which is totally fine up to the point where it was already feeling off, but I signed my receipt and the service only got router. He calls out for an order by name that was ready, but the girl has stepped out. I’m waiting an additional 7 to 9 minutes for my order that would said it would be ready about 10 minutes prior. My food comes up. He literally throws it on the counter. This is yours mind you there are three people standing in the lobby. Did not call my name by order. Nothing just as you had previously did for the customer before I don’t know if it was me greeting him instead of him greeting me saying hi how are you tonight and that may have takes him off but young people with attitudes have no place in customer service if you’re not going to provide customer service to the customer and as someone in a hospitality background and in a service providing role now, I only thought it was right to greet him since he did not greet me and everyone in the lobby when he threw my food on the counter, literally looked at me and was like I guess that’s yours. A man that walked in behind me physically said that and I was also shocked just like he was we were very confused looking. I then proceeded to walk up to the counter just grab the boxes and I then told the young guy thank you. You have a good evening to which he retorted yeah.. definitely not the type of service that I’m used to. I don’t patronize Pizza Hut very often. I don’t even live in the area, but it was not a more shiny Pizza Hut memory as someone that grew up on Pizza Hut always had a great experience at Pizza Hut, but that was not a good reflection.

They make your food with bare hands. Gross. When I questioned them, they said it was the consumer’s responsibility to call and specify that my food is prepared with the use of gloves. Who has ever heard of this? Male employee left restroom, walked to cooler, pulled out dough, and began preparing food for someone else and NEVER washed his hands, and no gloves. I am disgusted that a corporate manager would say that gloves must be requested. My family will never purchase from the Pizza Hut in Lamar, CO. Our health is a priority, and I hope this rating will save another family from consuming food that is prepared using unsanitary safety measures.

To start off, this place was swamped. Pretty much full inside, the take-out line was long and the delivery person was running.
Regardless, the food was great. Just what we were hoping for when we decided to eat here. The manager was friendly and all employees were crazy busy. Food was fresh and delicious.

Very friendly staff. Clean establishment and really good food. We enjoyed our spicy garlic wings, lemon pepper fries and meat lovers stuffed crust pizza. Also had salad bar, which was limited on ingredients, but really fresh and good.

Have not been happy with one order from this location. Order bone out get bone in. Never got credit. Today’s order, barely any sauce on pizzas, wings are right no sauce, no crust sauce. Called was told they do everything to specifications. Not reassuring, kinda rude, no customer service. Was given a credit supposedly. Bummer not a lot to eat it n this town. And not sure if I’ll ever be going back. They don’t care though. O well.

This is such a sweet joint. It looks like it’s from the 90s and the pizzas are as good as they were back then. Staff were so nice, will definitely come back if I drive through again.
