Ordered a breakfast burrito meal and side of hotcakes. Only received one burrito, no sauces to be seen. My hotcakes seemed fine till I realized I wasn’t given butter or syrup, dry pancakes for me I guess. Managers needs to be retrained or replaced.
Edit to add: the one burrito I did get was very cold and the cheese was hardened and stuck to the wrapper to the point it could not be removed and much of the paper stuck to my burrito.

This place seriously needs to get their act together. I’ve come to this McDonald’s my whole life, but with in the last month or so they constantly screw up the order usually by not giving us something we ordered. Or in one instance I got a 10 piece chicken nugget with only 5 nuggets. I keep coming because of the convenience of where it’s located. Also when I go in to receive items that were missed on numerous occasions I witnessed a manager scolding team members. This place is having issues.

The workers here almost always mess up the order somehow. I’ve had to come back twice because they forgot something in my order and just recently they gave me my 10 piece nuggets with only 5 nuggets in the box. Nice people and all, but they need to be more organized.

If you want fast service, go to the kwik trip next door. Time and time again it takes up to 10 min from ordering to even get to the first window.

Always like to order the $5 McDouble meal. It’s the perfect size hamburger for me and it comes with fries, chicken nuggets and a nice drink. I share my nuggets with my wife. I have the hamburger and we share the french fries.

My double quarter pounder was not fully cooked all the way through. You’d think after an epidemic of nationwide ecoli outbreaks, they’d watch this better. The entire burger was soggy. The French fries were barely warm when I ordered them and were dispensed through the window. I ordered on Sun. Dec. 29th at about 12:30 pm. I had ordered two of everything, but I cannot speak for the other food, because I did not eat the other burger.
