Visited this place today for the 1st time. I wish the staff would have explained the menu better. $70 for 2 pasta dish, 2 side salads and 2 slices of pizza….. From the mall food court might I add. Come to find out the salad was an additional $8.99. I wish they would have reinstated that any salad that wasn’t side salad or Cesar would be an additional $8.99. Again this was our 1st time here. Also, the lady handed us a drink at the end which I thought was part of our meal….. Come to find out, it wasn’t and we were charged extra.

I would say the place was clean, the pasta was delicious but the “side salad” was definitely NOT worth $8.99! In fact, NONE OF IT WAS WORTH $80. I would not return simply because it’s over priced and the menu is not clear

The place is pretty clean overall and it has so many options other than pizza like salad and pasta. I love it the food is good quality but the only thing that made it 4 stars is how few employees are there sometimes and also they didn’t give clear instructions about how we should navigate the line. But besides that it would have been 5 stars I think.

It’s was $20 for one person. The food was not good at all. You would be better off cooking at home. It was worth the money at all.

The Manager/Owner was rude to our kids. We ordered and the kids were sitting down to a table and he asked them to leave. Our kids are very well behaved and there was absolutely no reason for him to go up to and speak to our kids. It is suppose to be a family friendly place.
Our kids ended up crying and asking what they did wrong. It was so sad right before Christmas.
The food on the other hand did not look fresh and equivalent to a frozen pizza. We only went there because we did not have much time.
Shame on this manager and/or owner . I see why the reviews say what they do.
The staff was not friendly and impatient though I figured they were burnt out because of the holiday season.
If you run a restaurant in a mall filled with families have some customer service or people skills.
The restraunt Mi Cocina on the left otherwise staff were extremely friendly with fresh and good food. Worth your money and time spent.

I visited the Luciano‘s pizzeria today and my pizza was halfway cold and warm. It wasn’t even hot!. I had to take it back to get it warmed up again. The guy charged me for six chicken wings at 2.99 apiece when I clearly had cheese sticks on my plate. Then when I went back to get my order straight, he only gives me back $14 when my combo was 14.99+ tax that gives me $16.22 so not only was I dissatisfied. The food was bad. The service was bad and I was duped out of an extra four dollars My receipt shows $35.65, but after the refund of $14 that has me up to 21.65 what kind of service Is this I will not be returning nor will I ask people to go to Luciano‘s very poor service and food and they’re trying to get people for extra money

Not good and not terrible either, just okay food, the pizza was really doughy soft and flavorless, the chicken wings was really small, we ordered these three things and cost $87, that’s really pricey too.

I’m a fan of this place and visit often for lunch. One highlight is their fresh, made-to-order pasta, prepared at a live cooking station—it’s always fun to watch, and the pasta is cooked perfectly. But what I really love is their salad bar. The salads are incredibly fresh, and they toss them for you on the spot. Generous portions and fast service make it a great option if you’re craving something light and healthy.

Manager was really RUDE. There was bubble gum to the bowls that was given to me. When asked about it, he responded sarcastically. Then he was asking me & my wife separately to show the proof of payment. I had to go back to the counter and have to get confirmation from the operator (The operator told me that she will get me the receipt later, so i had to go back and talk to her to prove it to their manager). Felt discriminated in front of my kids. My first worst experience ever 🙁
Also, they were collecting the unused spoons (with No Wrapper) for reuse while cleaning the tables. Felt disgusting.

An excellent place to get an amazing fast bite! Pizza is available by the slice, and range from your classic toppings to speciality creations! Everyone was very helpful and kind, and the atmosphere was so cozy!

I’ve never tried this place until about a couple weeks ago, when my coworker brought me here on lunch break. It was ok pizza not the best and not the worst. I got the chicken Alfredo pizza and pepperoni pizza slice with a chocolate cannoli for dessert! A bit pricy, I’d probably only get one slice of pizza or maybe the wings the next If I make a visit. Staff wasn’t all that friendly after they served us. They sat around in the dining area as if they were also customers on their phones. No thank you or come back and see us!
