Came in on a Sunday night with my girlfriend and my baby after checking in online. Was welcomed at the host stand and seated quickly once texted there was a table available. Our server was very kind and talkative and made a great experience. Food took a little longer than expected but it was busy so nothing too serious, just played Trivia and ate rolls until the food was ready. I got the 8oz Dallas filet medium rare with chili and mashed potatoes, and my girlfriend got the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. Everything was delicious, but the steak was a bit too rare rather than medium rare. Informed the server it was no big deal and still ate it, just was a bit disappointed. Everything else was wonderful, just wanted to give some feedback from a fellow cook.

We came in with a large group knowing Texas Roadhouse doesn’t take reservations, but we were still hopeful for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the hosting staff was a disappointment from start to finish. We were quoted a wait time of up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seated.
What made it worse was watching the hostess call every single person’s name ahead of us, only to finally send us a text instead, despite clearly knowing exactly who we were. It felt like our group was left sitting for those extra minutes for no reason. We also noticed a lack of experience in seating large parties. At one point, we saw a party of 4 seated at an 8-top with an adjoining table next to it, something that could have accommodated our group.
When we finally sat down, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. On the positive side, the food was consistent and good, just as you’d expect from Texas Roadhouse, and our server was incredible, attentive, kind, and made the two kids in our group celebrating birthdays feel extra special.
Overall, while the food and server were great, the hosting process, seating delays, and overly cold dining room made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been.

This was my first time here at Texas roadhouse. When I say the experience overall was 100 out of 10 It was great. From the time we walked in, everyone was so nice and kind. I do have to point out one person, Our server name, Kelly. She was phenomenal. Her customer service skills was top-tier and you really don’t get that anymore now days. Her personality and sweet soul stole my heart. One of the sweetest person I ever met. The food was so good, especially the rolls. Lol. I fell in love with the ribs. So tender. I have not one complaint. Every one was great. My new favorite place. Very clean and a good vibes. I felt very welcomed.

Everything was wonderful! Our server, Brilynn, (Hope I spelled that correct) was very nice and made sure to always check on us. She definitely made us have a great experience. The food was delicious as well. This was our first time coming with our kids, 10 & 13, and they loved it as well.

If I could give our service higher than 5 stars I would. I wish I could have grabbed her name it started with a D I believe. She needs a raise or something, she was fantastic. If we had more money we would’ve left more than the 30% tip we did. She answered all of our questions and took my allergy seriously. They were packed and we didn’t have a delay in service once. Our food was excellent and it made our anniversary dinner wonderful. I cant wait to come back!

From the moment I walked in, it felt like I’d been transported to a honky-tonk paradise where the steaks sizzle louder than the music and the energy hits you like a rodeo stampede.
Let’s talk about those fresh-baked rolls. I’m convinced they are made by angels who moonlight as carb artisans. Warm, fluffy, dripping with cinnamon butter that should honestly be classified as a controlled substance. I could have eaten 37 and signed a waiver.
Then came the steak. Perfect. Juicy. Seasoned like it graduated top of its class at Steak University. Every bite made me want to stand up and salute the grill master.
The staff? Absolute legends.

Would sell my couch for another basket of rolls.
Would road trip 500 miles for that butter.

Went here 2/27 my waiter Denesia was HORRIBLE. For starters my husband and I sat down and waited for 6min before she even came to our table when she walked up to us she immediately asked what we wanted no greeting no nothing. I told her I would like regular butter for the rolls as we continued with our order. She never came back with the butter. As our food comes out she walked pass and still nothing at this point we needed A1 sauce she was nowhere to be found. Our food was getting cold, silverware was not clean, there was food still on the knives, we ordered drinks from the bar I ordered a frozen margarita my margarita was melted I mean just terrible service. We asked for plastic utensils from a hostess and out of nowhere the waiter pops up with them. We politely asked for A1 she comes back with the A1 sits it on the end of the table and walked off literally no communication AT ALL. At this point I’m annoyed because if you don’t want to do your job don’t come work even though we were getting poor service I still did not complain. She never came by to see if our food was ok if we needed anything absolutely nothing, we flagged like 3 ppl down just to get our check. She finally comes and ask if we needed any Togo containers I politely asked for our check she left came back and sat the check on the end of the table again and walked off still not saying a word. I handed her a 100$ bill she proceeded to said do you need change and then said nevermind as she walked off. She comes back lays my money and the receipt on the edge of the table and walked away. My change was $20.11 which I was going to leave as her tip, until I noticed she didn’t give me the 11 cents. It was no issue at all to us as I know change has been scarce lately but she did not clarify nor communicate anything to us. Very rude and unprofessional waiter. I come here frequently and have never received such poor service.

Came in at 8:30 on a Wednesday night. Ordered me an 8 ounce Kansas City strip with some loaded fries and buttered corn. Everything was cooked perfection and my waitress. Dakota was very helpful and sweet to talk to have been many times and will be many times again.

Ordered here Togo for Valentine’s Day and all of my meals were exceptional!!! Everything was delicious hot and exactly what we ordered. They even gave us extra bread !!! I’m beyond satisfied, this is by far the best location in town . My family was so pleased. Thank you TRH team for making our Valentine’s Day complete ..
