( don’t mind the 4 bites I took already ) Absolute worst chipotle in all of the U.S , the food is good don’t get me wrong at least the taste is something enjoyable but what good is that when this place is rationing like it’s 1940 and Germany is flying overhead . I should’ve known doing an order pick up I was about to be done dirty, when you go in person a lot of the workers have the worst attitude like it’s your fault they are in the position/ situation they are dealing with in life . Then they act like the food is coming out of their paycheck and like I’m going to charge them for feeding me. Granted employees give what they are told to by management but damn does it seem like they do less then that , circling back to the reason for this review I paid and ordered double chicken and I might as well have ordered a rice and bean bowl because I had maybe 9 pieces of chicken (small tidley winks) of it mind you . Frustrating when you do a normal portion it’s like a 1/4 scoop so to pay for double and them have given me double via thoughts is absurd. Management you all suck to put it plainly and need to do better because to practically rob people legally by giving less the bare minimum is diabolical and needs to change .

*UPDATE* they have picked up their game it seems. Dine in meal was pretty good and they keep track of food safety. Good portions. Now they need to pick up their eating area sanitation.
This Chipotle has got to be a joke. I’ve been giving them chances but today was the last straw. Usually its low portions, missing items including chips and queso, drinks, silverware. Today I asked for extra cheese for takeout and this is what I got.

We had a great experience tonight with our pick-up order! Food was great and the workers were kind! This is such a huge turn around from how this location was ran months ago. We have a large family so it’s expensive when we decide to pick-up dinner and I read on Facebook that anyone who had a bad experience before, to please give this location another chance due to new management and workers. So yes I agree! If you had a bad experience before you might be surprised like we were and have a completely positive purchase! Thanks Chipotle!!

Melinda is the store manager and a big shout out to her! When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they did not have an order for me. I looked at the app and realized I ordered at the Delhi, Cincinnati location. (Over an hr. Away). The staff did not hesitate asking Melinda for guidance. She made my order without hesitation and was very friendly! I recommend the Wilmington location due to their customer service! I will definitely go back.

It’s off putting that this tastes different than every other chipotle out there. I have given this location at least half a dozen chances but every time things are cold, they taste stale and they are always out of chips. The dead giveaway is that every time I’ve been in there, there has NEVER been anybody cooking.

Im normally here much later in the day when other people are working, but the workers at this chipotle who are on shift right now are absurdly rude. They try to give you small scoops and say there going to charge you if you want a decent amount. They kept yelling and cussing in front of customers. The people who work during other shifts seem to be good people, but if I walk in and see the same people working again, I will turn right back around and leave.

Literally the worst chipotle you could ever walk into this Location needs shut down Placed a pick up order For 6:30 PM and get there at 6:45 to get it. They didn’t even start on the order. Stood and waiting until almost 7:30 and they still didn’t start on the order other people had been waiting an hour or so then when we ask about our order, their manager was extremely rude to my wife and seven year-old daughter and told us that it was a us problem because it was a mobile order would not give us a corporate number or a refund and never received our food manager. Definitely needs to be fired and this place needs a whole new staff or shut down. It’s definitely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to I will never return.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would give them zero stars. The last 10 times I’ve probably been in there has been an unpleasant experience, which is really sad because chipotle is one of my favorite places to go and one of the healthier options for someone like me who’s in the gym. The staff is rude. The restaurant is terribly messy and even if there’s nobody in line you’ll still wait and they’ll give you an attitude as they serve you which is super unsettling. Awkward to feel like im so unwelcome when i walk in. Do better.

Absolutely one of the worst Chipotles I have ever stepped foot into. I work nearby so I always stop for food in this small town before work. I have been here about 3-4 times and every time it’s a hectic unpleasant experience. The last time I went, the staff were having a verbal disagreement so loudly in front of customers, that some people left and it made the experience awkward standing there. After redirecting their attention from fighting to helping customers that have been standing in line forever, they proceed to tell the line that their credit card machine is down and they’re only accepting cash. This is my final straw with this ratchet location. I don’t foresee this location staying open. Needs an entirely new staff and especially a new set of managers.
