PF Chang’s has always been one of our favorite spots for Asian food. However, lately I’ve noticed that the customer service has declined a bit, probably because there seems to be less staff inside the restaurants. During this visit, it was the same we had to wait until the server, who was also acting as the host, finished helping other tables before seating us.
That said, once we were seated, the service was very good. The server was kind, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. The food, as always, was delicious. We really enjoy the Teriyaki Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Mongolian Trio, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Special Fried Rice, the noodles, and the Tropical Mango Tea.
It’s still a great place to enjoy a nice meal with family. The food never disappoints they just need to improve the staffing and initial service to get back to that five-star experience.

I’ve been visiting PF Chang’s at the Falls for a while now. The service is consistently good, friendly staff who are attentive and professional. The food is normal and satisfactory, nothing extraordinary but reliably okay. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal, and I appreciate the consistency over time.

My son wanted to try this location because he has heard so many great things about it. Best part about our experience was probably the gentleman who sat us. We arrived at about 230 my son says dad they have a lunch special $14.99 or 16.99 lunches. My son is always conscious about spending money. We sat ordered a spring roll ( he thought it was too mushy inside ) , had their refreshers, which i must say the pomegranate lemonade was good. The lobster and shrimp dumplings seemed to have ripped at the bottom of each dumpling causing them to fall out every time you picked one to eat. Perhaps the dumpling was put on the hot plate and it stuck after the sauce was poured on the plate. My son wanted sushi so we ordered shrimp tempura. I guess they served us day old sushi the rice was not either not cooked or left in the fridge way to long because it was hard. I mentioned it to our server she said she would let the manager know which to me implied the manager would come over to talk to us but that never happened. The food we ordered was ok. The salmon was delicious , my son’s food was too spicy for him. We didn’t know it would be spicy because there was no flame icon by what he ordered.
The service was a bit slow considering we were the only people sitting in our section. The waitress was also the bartender so we understood he having to be spread thin.
I was eager to leave so I didnt question the $90+ bill. For 2 lunch specials but i will be asking for some clarity. If your lunch comes with a starter , protein and rice. How is there a surcharge or a substitute price for what’s suppose to he included?
My son and I agreed, we came, we did it, don’t need to visit again.

The atmosphere was regular, not too loud or too quiet. As a family we ordered the Lo Mein noodles (kids) good portion, orange chicken with white rice, wonton soup, beef dumplings and veggie Spring rolls- the rolls were a bit plain but everything else had a lot of flavor! Make sure to check your receipt prior to paying because we were charged for 2 drinks that we didn’t order but waiter corrected it. The wait time wasn’t long for us, granted it was Friday late night. We enjoyed when they sang happy birthday to another customer, the addition of bubbles was cute The waiter was attentive. The prices are a bit high, but the food is filling. I would visit again.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My brother-in-law’s ribs were overcooked (some even burnt), the fried green beans—which used to feed four easily—are now barely enough for two, and the Mongolian beef was so tough it felt closer to beef jerky than steak.
Worth it if you’re already at the mall and craving chain Asian fusion, but definitely not a “special night out” kind of spot.
Best for: Casual mall pit stop, not foodies.
Bottom line: Friendly staff, forgettable food.
