That said, once we were seated, the service was very good. The server was kind, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. The food, as always, was delicious. We really enjoy the Teriyaki Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Mongolian Trio, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Special Fried Rice, the noodles, and the Tropical Mango Tea.
It’s still a great place to enjoy a nice meal with family. The food never disappoints they just need to improve the staffing and initial service to get back to that five-star experience.
The service was a bit slow considering we were the only people sitting in our section. The waitress was also the bartender so we understood he having to be spread thin.
I was eager to leave so I didnt question the $90+ bill. For 2 lunch specials but i will be asking for some clarity. If your lunch comes with a starter , protein and rice. How is there a surcharge or a substitute price for what’s suppose to he included?
My son and I agreed, we came, we did it, don’t need to visit again.
If you’re coming to P.F. Chang’s at The Falls for conversation, good luck—it’s loud enough to feel like a nightclub minus the DJ. Service, though, was on point: friendly, efficient, and quick. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My brother-in-law’s ribs were overcooked (some even burnt), the fried green beans—which used to feed four easily—are now barely enough for two, and the Mongolian beef was so tough it felt closer to beef jerky than steak.
Worth it if you’re already at the mall and craving chain Asian fusion, but definitely not a “special night out” kind of spot.
Best for: Casual mall pit stop, not foodies.
Bottom line: Friendly staff, forgettable food.
The food was exactly what you hope for when you come to P.F. Chang’s—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything came out at the right pace, and you could tell the kitchen was on point that day. The portions were perfect for lunch: satisfying without feeling heavy, and plated nicely. We also appreciated that the flavors were balanced—nothing tasted rushed or thrown together. It felt like a consistently high-quality meal from start to finish.
What truly made the lunch stand out, though, was the service. Our waiter, Lazaro, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He checked on us at all the right times, kept our table organized, and made sure we always had what we needed without hovering. He also gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu, which helped make ordering easy and stress-free. Little details mattered too—timing, refills, clearing plates promptly, and making sure everything was correct—Lazaro handled it all smoothly and with a great attitude.
Overall, this was an excellent lunch and a reminder of how much great service can elevate a meal. If you’re visiting P.F. Chang’s at The Falls and want a reliable spot with strong food and a comfortable vibe, I highly recommend it. And if you can, ask for Lazaro—he made the experience genuinely better, and we’ll absolutely be back because of it.
