Not really a hard job. Kaylee seems to think so though. Someone took the order, made it, then transferred it to a bag thinking it was okay to serve to a customer. Then they don’t even apologize when I drive back to say, “why…?” Kaylee just looked at me blankly and said “we can make another one if you want?” No, Kaylee I didn’t drive back here for you to just make another one, I also want an apology for wasting my time and how about some customer service while you’re at it? If you had done your job right in the first place we wouldn’t be having this awkward conversation that’s wasting both of our time. But please tell me how I’m inconveniencing you in this situation.

Where to begin…let’s just say I take pride in the fact that I’m able to change my name in the Starbucks app. I can be whoever I want to be (Shout out to Roger & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. IYKYK). So far, I’ve been Mr. Darcy from Pride & Prejudice. This location matched that energy and would always write on my cup little notes about the Jane Austen classic.
With Raspberry returning (one of my favorite classic Starbucks syrups), a friend convinced me to change my name in the app again. This time? We went with the regal “Spazberry for Raspberry”. Had a certain “Je ne sais quoi”. THIS STARBUCKS UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT.
Aela and Margo on Day 1, played along and made me feel special upon sliding my drink on to the hand-off plane. But on Day 2!? They welcomed me with a “Welcome Spazberry” and took it the extra mile. Might I add they made delicious drinks on top of it?!
This Starbucks (Store #8837) has consistently gone the extra mile. I remember Starbucks BEFORE the drive-thrus (and wish they’d get back to more of that), where being in the cafe was about that “Third Place” experience, and baristas had enough time and staff to be able to connect and interact with their customers on a deeper level.
Shout out to Aela, Margo, Blue, Micah, and Leona. Wonderful baristas. I highly recommend you stop in the store and spend some time experiencing the community and atmosphere. I know drive-thru is convenient. But slowing down, being present, and having fun with this local Starbucks, MAY just be what your week, month, year, needs. And hey, try out a new name in the app. It’s the little things. And having “Aladdin” or “Nemo” or “Neo” called out, could bring the smile you’ve been missing.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. We ordered a shaken espresso with no milk but sweet cream on the side. The order was passed out with milk in it and was kindly asked to remake with nothing in it as it was far too light and was supposed to be just espresso. The barista that made the drink rolled her eyes, gave out a large sigh and grabbed the drink to remake. She then passed the drink out by just plopping it on the counter with no eye contact, clearly upset with us. That’s not good customer service and how dare this employee get mad at us when it was her fault in the first place for making the drink wrong. We are very understanding as we both have worked food service before, so there was rush to remake the drink, I am not sure where the attitude came from but it was like she was a whole different person once she had to remake the drink. Not professional at all, I wish we had gotten her name. Too bad this is the only Starbucks in the area.
We just got home only to realize my ice water does not have ice added to it. To make matters so much worse, the lid to the sweet cream was given to us dirty! I took a picture. This is absolutely unacceptable. We both just took our tips off of our apps. We will not be tipping employees if this is the service we get. We won’t be coming back.

Simply the best! Starbucks in Brunswick is hands down one of my favorite places. The culture is so welcoming, making every visit feel like a small escape from the day-to-day rush. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting—perfect for meeting with friends, catching up on work, or simply enjoying a delicious beverage. The customer service is consistently top-notch; the baristas are friendly, kind, attentive, and go the extra mile to make your order just right. And of course, the drinks are amazing! Starbucks in Brunswick is different, it feels like home away from home because of the incredible staff, exceptional service and consistently great drinks.

Have to accept terms and service and agree to get emails to use WIFI is too much, also your corporate team just closed a bunch of unionized stores, I will not be back ever, local coffee shops for ever going forward

I visit this location 3-4 times a week. Every time they are out of the food for my daughter. Sandwiches, bagels, you name it. Then they try and tell me it’s my timing. Every visit a different worker recites the same excuse script which I find funny. Not my timing. I purposely have tried different days, different times. Nothing. Topsham location always has everything always. Really annoying – fix your supply issues!

I’m have always had a great experience at this location!
I don’t go in often, but the staff members who run the drive-through are fantastic! Always pleasant no matter what time of day and I am thankful to get a good cup of coffee at 5 AM when needed!
