1 star for repeated unprofessional treatment of delivery drivers at the Burger King on 601 Rockford Street in Mount Airy.
This is my second complaint about the same manager, Paula.
I understand stores can verify orders, but the issue is the way it’s handled. On multiple visits, she refuses to release orders unless I physically go back outside and bring my phone in — even when I provide the customer name and order number. Even when shown the phone, she often doesn’t look at it. It feels unnecessary and confrontational.
I have also personally witnessed her treat other Dashers the same way.
The biggest issue is refusing to double-check items when customers specifically request it. Drivers are not allowed to open sealed bags. When I politely asked her to verify the order, she refused and said she packed it herself and would not check again. That puts drivers in a bad position and affects customers.
This is not about policy. It’s about professionalism and repeated attitude issues.
Management oversight is needed.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick burger and ours were surprisingly good. Got the standard Whopper and fries. Everything was hot and fresh tasting. Brought back fond memories of the Whoppers I loved back in the 60s.

Ordered a #9 they gave a whopper instead brought it back in and they refuded to replace the burger with the correct chicken sandwich that i ordered and made me pay again for the food that i wanted and originally ordered barely had enough to get what i wanted pregnant and hungry this made me extremely upset and they DID NOT CARE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE I HAVE EVER HAD .. they should be fired it is now 7pm nov 7th so everyone can see who was working lol

Ordered from here off of door dash and they no longer will let you swap zesty sauce for ranch with I think the zesty sauce is nasty and do not like so I called the store and asked them to change the zesty sauce to ranch and they said no in a very rude way and they told me if I want ranch I would have to pay for it how am I supposed to pay for it when I done a door dash delivery and they no longer let you get ranch on door dash I used to work in fast food and I know they should not have a problem swapping zesty sauce for ranch this is ridiculous do better Burger King and be nicer to your customers UOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE!!!!!!
