1. Food Quality (2): While I cannot speak for their other items, I’ve gone to various Einstein Bagels for decades for their cinnamon raisin bagels. These bagels were stale, but edible. Costco sells much better cinnamon raisin bagels.

2. Service (1): I was scammed here. Be prepared for predatory business practices. For reference, one bagel costs $2.50, but six bagels should cost $9.49 as a bundle. I was charged $20 for six bagels, more than double the listed price. The cashier neither told me the price nor provided a receipt. Be sure to get a price check for every individual item, get a receipt, and manually check every item before leaving to ensure you are not being robbed. Be prepared to dispute charges.

3. Food Safety (5): This location takes food safety seriously (as far as I can tell)! Allergen safety procedures are listed front and center at the cash register. All that is needed is to alert the cashier of allergens.

4. Value for Money (0): This business does not have any transparency regarding pricing at any step of the buying experience. No receipts are provided. No final price is shown before buying. It is necessary to review every credit card purchase you make here. $20 for bagels is wild.

5. Convenience (1): If you are looking to pick up bagels for lunch, then don’t come here. They were either out of stock or in low supply.

6. Ambiance (5): Sleek and modern! It seems that Einstein Bagels have a new interior design. It is a good place to get some studying done.

I ordered a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew and instead got an Americano and I also ordered a bacon and cheese bagel and it had literal hair in it. Thats disgusting. Bring back the guy who always had my RIGHT order out and ready before I even entered that store.

I wish I had taken a photo but I ordered two all nighters and my second sandwich on the last bite had a very long and thick dark Hair. I shouldn’t point finger but the only gentleman running the cook line had dark thick black hair and only had a hat on. They accepted my refund and where nice but I don’t think they believed me, there’s other locations that serve fresh eggs off the griddle and don’t have hair in my sandwich.

You guys need to start taking names with orders because we basically have to fight over what come out if multiple of us ordered the same thing. It’s really frustrating and a mess.
