We had our first experience at Steak 48 celebrating a late Valentine’s dinner and it exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top tier. Tyler, our waiter, treated us like VIPs the entire night. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we were comfortable with every selection since it was our first time. That level of service alone would bring us back.
We shared several dishes and everything was outstanding. The superfood salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, the thick-cut bacon was rich and flavorful, and both steaks — the NY strip and the filet mignon — were cooked to absolute perfection. The Parmesan garlic fries and the crème brûlée corn were unforgettable sides and easily some of the best we’ve had at any steakhouse.
Ernest, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect, which really showed the level of care and professionalism this place operates with.
And we have to mention the dessert — the vanilla caramel cake is an absolute MUST. The perfect way to end an incredible meal.
Amazing food, exceptional service, and a great atmosphere. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had since our move to Houston. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a work event at Steak 48, and it ended up being a great choice. The place is classy, elegant, and spotless. I got there a little early to set up at the bar, and the staff welcomed me right away. Drinks were made perfectly, and the service stayed solid even as the rest of my group showed up.
Once we sat down, our waiter took things to another level. He walked us through the whole menu step by step, breaking down ingredients, cooking styles, and specials like he was giving us a guided tour. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
We ordered appetizers, entrées, and desserts—pretty much one of everything so we could try it all. Every dish was excellent, and everyone at the table felt the same way. This is the kind of place that works well for a professional event, but it’s also perfect if you’re trying to impress someone or planning a nice date night.
After dinner, I stopped by the restroom, and it was clean, spacious, and stocked with the good napkins… the ones that actually absorb, not smear.

My newly formed team at work had a holiday dinner here and the experience was very pleasant. The portions were generous and all of the food was cooked as expected.
For me, the service was exquisite! Fine dining done well.
The atmosphere was pleasant and upbeat but not over the top. This would be a nice place to splurge for an anniversary dinner.
I enjoyed the experience overall, though personally would not spend the kind of money that the company spent for this, especially in this economy.

Had a fantastic anniversary dinner! Pork belly was delightful and rich. Filet mignon, ribeye were some of the best steaks in my experience! The sides were all so good and I had the Sashimi peppers too. Great atmosphere! The place was packed but service was impressive. The entire staff was attentive and drinks were never empty. They prepped affogato for us(not on menu) and we got key lime and chocolate cake to go. Absolutely delicious! If you order smartly you can get luxury for a great price. We chose instead to order everything and it was well worth the price!

We had our yearly friends reunion two couples just looking for a good meal. And got that tenfold from the fresh seafood to the sizzling steaks and the aroma of bread cooking in the background, the transparency of the seafood wall bring in the whole restaurant to them of family the constant moving of wait staff walking through the halls like dancers in the hallway was enjoy full. The bar is a little cramp and it was weird seeing reserved signs on there, but we still had a blast. Don’t be alarmed and don’t think too hard into it when eating the seafood because they bring warm moist towels to wash your hands. Yes, I said it-ist warm towel towels to wash hands. I give it 10 stars if I could because the valet was only $10. And I didn’t have to look for a parking spot.

Flawless dinning experience, the steak was worlds best Texas selection. Every plate we ordered was delicious, dessert was rich and delicate. Service was second to none, well executed and throughly knowledgeable. Only downside was getting sized up by the security or doormen, didn’t feel welcomed outside the entrance felt a little hostile and sized up. Otherwise inside the experience was top notch.

The food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent too. Everything looked amazing. Our server was Marquest he recommended basically all our plates and we feel in love with all of it. Our other two servers were very nice too! We had a minor inconvenience and the servers were very hospitable as well as generous in helping to solve it. We will definitely be coming again!

Celebrated anniversary with wife. Shout to entire Steak 48 team. From the staff who showed us in to hostess to servers to manager, everyone was friendly, professional, just first class. Wonderful experience. From drinks, entrees to dessert, just perfect. You truly get in service and food what you pay for. Worth every penny. Thank you again Steak 48 for the memorable evening.
