I bought a pizza from them and I get home and my boyfriend is eating and found a giant hair baked into the pizza. He tried to decide if it was his or mine but it clearly was not considering it was BAKED into this pizza. I call back annoyed and lady has absolutely nothing to say. I told them they need to be wearing hairnets or something and she said they do but clearly someone does not. Personally, I just feel like they should at least pretend to care. I’m not asking for handouts. I just want a little bit of an I’m sorry, we’ll do better. Absolutely awful customer service. Won’t be eating there anymore.

Staff changes like mad here. Recently got a delivery driver that I suppose dislikes delivering towards the edge of their zone. Has been extremely rude the last 2 deliveries and tried to talk the manager out of the order. Young rude staff. Order in mind.

Poor customer service experience unfortunately. Ordered over the phone 20min prior and waited 15min only for the two white ladies that just entered to be assisted first. I hate to believe me being a blk person had anything to do with and I left. I will never return after this experience.

Got there to pick up our pizza and they asked us to pay. We informed them we paid with a card online but they wouldn’t give us the pizza until we proved it with the receipt from Apple Pay, even thought the order said ‘Paid with card’. Then when we asked for red peppers and Parmesan they told us it cost extra. I’m sure we couldn’t have it because we didn’t fall for the pay 2x scam. The pizza was ok but the sauce for the breadsticks was stone cold.

Don’t understand all the negative reviews? Mgr was on point as was all the staff. Walked in..placed my order..walked out fresh..hot and absolutely great food. Alot better than most PHs I’ve been to in the past. Dinner box was awesome Thanks for a great pizza

Ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza and a pan beef, green pepper and black olive pizza. Pizzas were undercooked as the crust was doughy and cool in the center. Horrible! Ordered cheese sticks and they were okay, but the “marinara” is pizza sauce. Will not ever choose Puzza Hut again.

They screwed up my order twice o n one order. I had a delivery order, paid $15.00 tip plus pizza huts delivery fee of $4.99. Got my pizza and wings, but no dipping sauce that I ordered. 3 BLUE CHEESE AND 3 RANCH! HOW HARD IS THAT? THEN I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT, AND THEY ASKED IF I WANTED IT TO BE DELIVERED? HECK YES, ALREADY PAID FOR IT. THEY BROUGHT ME MY DIPPING SAUCES 15 MINUTES LATER, EXCEPT THEY GAVE ME 2 EACH AND NOT 3! I’M DONE WITH THEM!!

We ordered delivery, paid the fee and tipped 25% because it’s Christmas. Pizza didn’t show after 45 minutes, but showed delivered on the app. We called them and was told it was dispatched. Still no show. I went to the store for a refund only to be told it’s in the warmer. After almost 2 hours, we finally got pizza which was lukewarm and dry. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Absolutely ridiculous.. ordered at 5:30, told to wait 20, arrived to pick up at 5:55. Huge line outside so I went to the drive thru. As the second car in line I waited til 6:10 to move up. Two people came to the window to ask my info and then vaporized I guess because I never saw them again. The third had never heard the phrase customer service I guess because I had to knock on the window to get him to acknowledge me. I had sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes at this point. After wandering around for a few minutes, he got my food from the warmer WHERE IT HAD BEEN THE WHOLE TIME! I then had the audacity to ask for sauce for my 20 dollar wings, to which he said “it’s 76 cents a sauce”. I had enough and left at that point.. an hour and 3 minutes after I had made the order.
To add insult to injury, when I got home, I realized my pizza was wrong!
