Highly recommended!
I ordered the soup with a variety of meats, and everything was cooked perfectly. The ox tail stood out the most, it was tender, flavorful, and added a lot of depth to the broth. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes amazing, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. I would definitely come back if I’m craving a comforting bowl of pho.
There are two buildings, but you enter one and let them know how many in your party and then I waited for a very brief time and was then escorted to another building where I was sat with others who recommended the stone bowl to keep the soup hot.
It was PHENOMENAL. The broth tasty, the beef tender and the noodles were perfect. Adding all the extras only elevates it and you have to get the quay (dough sticks) because it’s imperative you soak up the broth. The quince or kumquat tea (I don’t remember exactly which) was also great.
Service was efficient and turnover was fast. It’s busy in there so don’t expect fine dining. Just expect delicious food.
The broth is the soul of the pho — so rich and comforting. The hot stone is a brilliant idea to keep the pho hot and makes it easy to cook the raw beef perfectly.
I ordered the beef ball + raw beef, and wow… those beef balls are so chewy and incredibly tasty!
Definitely worth a visit, and it has become one of my comfort foods in Ho Chi Minh City.
It is delicious. The noodles are homemade and have a great texture. I ordered the wagyu hot stone pho with mixed beef (oxtail, tendon, raw beef etc.), while my spouse chose the wagyu pho bò tái (raw beef only, no tendon). Both were excellent, and the broth was especially impressive: rich and deeply flavorful. There are sauces and pickles were ready on the table as well to adjust to our liking.
They also serve fried bread sticks for 20,000 VND (5 sticks), which pair nicely with the pho.
P.S.: I enjoyed it so much that I ended up going back again to another Pho Viet Nam branch that was closer to our stay (Sheraton area) and the quality and taste were very consistent, and for us it even felt like it came with larger portions of noodles.
We got seated right away, we came at 8AM. We ordered and got our food within 5-10 minutes and it was flavourful.
Honest opinion– the broth is really good as well as the freshly made noodles, however, I think there are better pho restaurants than this one.
I wouldn’t come back but it was good to try the Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ pho.
People generally stay around 30 minutes and would leave right away.
PS, they don’t have any high chairs for the babies, so prepare to have them on your lap if they can’t sit by themselves yet.
A light clean tasting broth with tender cuts of meal. 3 sizes of bowl to pick from. Priced well too.
All sides super fresh and bread is crispy and ready for dunking.
Well worth the wait to get in.
I wanted to try the fried dough sticks too, but the portion was too big since I was eating alone, so I didn’t order it in the end. Hopefully they can offer a smaller portion option next time
