Following the company’s philosophy, Eataly Dallas is a vibrant Italian marketplace, interspersed with restaurants, counters, and a cooking school. Eataly Dallas features three restaurants for you to enjoy – Terra, our wood-burning grill, La Pizza & La Pasta, dedicated to the two Italian staples, and Il Pastaio, a fresh pasta spot. Great focus is devoted to local producers, who provide fresh ingredients daily to harmoniously complement Italian products. The unique environment invites guests to “Eat, Shop, and Learn” about high-quality Italian food and drink as they taste dishes, find ingredients, and take classes.

Oh I almost forgot the ice cream shop. I love the cups made in cardboard and the spoons too, it for “environmental friendly” stuff but what I didn’t like is that they were running the water on the faucet to clean the scooper and the water was running and wasting all the time we were on the line. We just visited the other areas Wuthering Italian products and wines. Really good experience.
From the fresh pizza to the desserts and the beautifully curated market section, everything reflects passion and attention to detail. No matter which country I visit, Eataly never disappoints.
Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates real Italian cuisine
Full of many great things . Has many steaming areas, their pastries are amazing and the smell of coffee is addictive.
I tried the black coffee and was good but the hot Caramel Macchiato was a little sweeter than I prefer, syrup only no sugar was added.
Still, worth visiting and I will definitely try other flavors another time.
The serving sizes are all right, but nothing huge. And it is pricey IMO.
The fettuccine Alfredo and the butternut squash pasta were probably our favorites. The cheeseboard was also fun.
I will go back but probably four the pizza to go.
The service was poor and unwelcoming from the start. I politely asked if they could warm up a croissant, and the employee responded with a flat “no” in a very rude tone, without any explanation. I was honestly shocked by the attitude.
Later, when my wife returned to order a dessert box, the staff member asked her in an inappropriate and condescending way, “Which cake are you taking it for?” as if questioning her choice.
On top of all that, the coffee was below average and did not meet expectations at all, especially for a place with Eataly’s reputation.
Overall, the service, attitude, and quality did not reflect what you’d expect from such a well-known brand. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
The place looks neat & clean, well organized & managed.
There’s in-house freshly prepared hot food as well.
