I OREDERED A CHICKEN ENCHILADA BURRITO FROM THIS LOCATION. IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURE THERE IS 2 1/2 PIECE’S OF CHICKEN. ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER, THAT IS A SCOOP OF CHICKEN AND IT LOOKS SMALL BECAUSE I MINUS OUT THE RICE. BASED OFF OF THE MANAGERS RESPONSE AND ADDITUDE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER HORRIBLE AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS BASED OFF THIS EXACT LOCATION.

I asked if they had the original loaded potato griller and not the new one. He said yeah two loaded potato grillers. I got the new beefy loaded potato grillers. I ask for a crispy chicken taco, with no avocado ranch or spicy ranch. I got a CRUNCHY taco with some weird mix of quesadilla sauce, not crispy chicken, and melted cheese inside and outside of the crunchy taco. The person working the drive-through speaker at 1:04 PM, Wednesday February 18th 2026, is careless and useless.

I went through the drive thru and the speaker announces a pre recorded message that was tough to hear and it mentioned the use of their app. I assumed it was asking if I was using the app for points on my order like other fast food places ask. I said no. I told the gentleman on the speaker I had a mobile order and he mumbled something and I politely asked him what he said as I couldn’t hear, and a girl joined in the speaker and talked over him and said “you said you didn’t have an online order so he clicked no and needs a minute to open the screen. Because you said no even though you had an order.” Which I was nothing but patient, I just couldn’t hear what he said. I’m sure they get this mistake often as her frustration showed that, just a reminder to the employees that you don’t know what someone is going through or what type of day they are having. Patience and customer service effort is a part of your job and you’re being paid to do so, and as a customer being patient and respectful is my job. And I was nothing less than.
The food was amazing and quick, and usually is. The staff is usually great as well. But the girl on shift around 5pm today should follow lead.

I went thru drive-thru and place an order. My husband and daughter got the 3-cheese flatbread melts and there was black hair in her wrap and the chicken was hard in my husband’s flatbread. When we called the manager Theresa was no help. She just kept saying our food is fresh that they dropped it at 2. My order was placed at 4 and she never gave an apology for the hair in my daughter a food or nothing. Made a complaint to corporate.
