Drive thru only…… 3 times I’ve been to this location. Doors always locked for dining room.. drive thru only.. Sign always says Short Staffed. Waiting 30 minutes in drive thru just to eat in my truck is just pathetic on management’s behalf.. If you can’t maintain enough employees then close up . Evidently corporate has a problem with store mgr. and employee retention, that needs to be addressed…. So I’m headed to Speedy Chef, they too have good chicken, and always a friendly smile inside at the counter…

The drink machine was out of over half drink selections including all coke a cola options… The machine was also filled with ice leaving nowhere to put your cup to fill it … It was freezing cold indoors… And we thought the restaurant was closed because they don’t have any lights on outside … Not even the street sign was lit…. By far the WORST location ever!

Me and my wife went here after a long day looking for a quick meal that we didn’t have to cook. We get here and go to order and no out door lights are on or working. No street lights or menu lights or building lights. We go to order and they have no milkshakes. We get to the window after ordering and they park us to wait on fries I’m unsure why it took ten minutes if we was just waiting on fries but it did. We get home and the food is fine but they also didn’t give us any of our sauce. All around a poor experience from to start to finish

DO NOT eat in at this Zaxby’s! I came by on a Sunday afternoon while driving through the area. I had to use the restroom, so I went inside to order, but still order to go because I still had several hours to drive. I placed my order at 12:35pm, and was not told it would be a lengthy delay, although I did hear them tell the person in front of me it would be 5-10 minutes. There was only one person in front of me and one person standing around waiting, so I had no reason to believe it would take a while. I had to leave at 1:00pm because they were telling me it would still be “5-10 minutes,” and I had a long drive and couldn’t wait around forever. I tried going through the drive-thru before leaving (the drive-thru orders had been filled very quickly, probably several dozen in the amount of time I was waiting), and they told me there were still 2 orders in front of mine. The worker offered to get her supervisor to refund me, but the supervisor was taking drive-thru orders and looked really busy, and I just couldn’t wait around for her to be free. When I called to try to get a refund since I never got my food (outside of the drink), she said I’d have to come in in person to get a refund, or I could call later and talk to her manager, and maybe he could send me “coupons,” as if that would make up for it.
Bottom line: they prioritize the drive-thru at the cost of the people who unfortunately try to order inside. They also don’t tell you if it’s going to be an unacceptably long wait for your food. I worked in a fast-food restaurant 15ish years ago, and we had timers on our orders – anything over 5 minutes was considered late. 25 minutes waiting for food is honestly unacceptable. Oh, and the floors were sticky and gross. This place seems to be very poorly managed, with not enough people, not enough cleanliness, not providing accurate info to customers, and prioritizing drive-thru to an extreme.
TLDR: use the drive-thru if you want to eat here.

Last visit my salad was missing. I called and was told I needed to come then to get it. I live 20 minutes away. Not happening.
This visit 11-23 -I stood in line waiting to be waited on due to the employees talking to someone with a baby in the back. Finally I was waited on to be told they were out of lemonade and the soda machine was out. Chicken would be a while as they were having to cook it. This Zaxbys has been going down for quite sometime. It’s a shame as these chains use to be good places to eat like a Chick-fil-A. Not going back!

We’d never been to Zaxby’s before. To me, it tastes very similar to Cane’s chicken. Their main thing are chicken strips, fries, bread, and a peppery sauce.
Our food came out quickly, well-made, and hot.
The trash was over-flowing- but it was late.
Regarding the comparison to Raising Cane’s- the bread at Raising Cane’s is better. Also, the peppery sauce tastes fresher. The chicken at Zaxby’s is more flavorful, but the chicken at Raising Cane’s seemed higher quality.

Went through the drive-thru recently. After placing my order, I pulled to the window and was promptly handed my drinks. I was then informed it would be a wait. As fear set in based on other reviews, the cashier asked the next employee how long. They said 9 minutes. I was instructed to pull to space 1.
I pulled to space 1 and proceeded to wait. There were two other people waiting in spaces 2 and 3. After about 9 minutes food was delivered to space 2. Two more minutes went by and a young woman approached my window and handed me my bags. She apologized for the wait. We checked the food before leaving and everything was right, and upon arrival home everything tasted good.
Can’t always trust the reviews, sometimes they are embellished and/or sometimes restaurants have a bad day. Best I can say is give it a try and if nothing else, wait a little longer for the food.

The wings were the most cold, felt like they had been sitting out for at least an hour.
The bread was burnt on one side and the other side was completely white.
The drink machine had really no drinks available while I was there and there were many flys and even some stink bugs near the windows and tables.
As well as it was hard to find seating, not because the place was amazing and busy but because all of the tables had sauce and crumbs all over.
Find a different location, this one isn’t great‼️‼️

I placed my order at 5:09 PM and didn’t receive it until 5:35 PM. The staff showed no sense of urgency and appeared completely disengaged, giving the impression they didn’t want to be there. Additionally, the fries were not seasoned as expected, and the toast was burnt. Overall, the experience fell well below the standards I’ve come to expect.

Amazingly priced! Real chicken! The most courteous staff for a fast food clean I have seen in forever! Selina was an absolute sweetheart with amazing customer service and really cared about making our meals as perfect as possible! I wish this was up north where I come from! A real southern treat!
