I absolutely love this Olive Garden location! The highlight of my visit was our amazing waitress – she was outstanding. Even though the restaurant was busy, she took such great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed, and even brought a kids’ menu for my child with so much patience. She truly made our dining experience special and enjoyable.
After the meal, she surprised us with delicious green mint chocolates, which my child loved so much that they asked to come back again next time. I’m certain this will become one of my favorite restaurants. The only downside is that it’s a 30-minute drive from my home, but it’s totally worth it. The food is delicious and affordable, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and every visit leaves me in a great mood. Highly recommend!

I would’ve given 5 stars if our server wasn’t super rude. We arrived and she had an attitude, My family and I would’ve understood if it was lunch rush, I mean imagine having to take care of 20+ people. But the restaurant had JUST opened. Our server was quite rude, charging us for the soup that’s usually free, and giving us refills that we never asked for just to charge us. We called the manager but instead of trying to hear both sides, he defended the rude waitress and said she as just following policy. Other than that the food was very good and the atmosphere was nice.

I’ve been coming to the Olive Garden in Ford City for a very long time, and it has completely transformed for the worse. Our recent visit was extremely disappointing.
We arrived at 8:01 PM and didn’t leave until 10:19 PM, which is over two hours for a simple dinner. From the start, things were already going wrong. We asked the hostess for a highchair for our baby and waited about 10 minutes, but no one brought one. Meanwhile, the hostess was standing there talking and playing around with another hostess instead of helping us.
Once we were seated, our meals took forever to come out. Our server repeatedly forgot basic things like our drinks, soups, sauces, and other items we asked for. We constantly had to remind them and spent most of the night waiting. What made it even more frustrating was that people who arrived after us were able to eat and leave before we even finished getting our food.
When it came time to pay, it took forever just to split our checks. Then when we asked for boxes for our leftovers, they never came. After waiting again, I eventually had to get up and get the boxes myself.
The bathrooms were also absolutely disgusting. Every stall had water all over the floors, tissue hanging everywhere, and the toilet seats were extremely dirty. It honestly looked like the restrooms hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
Overall, the service was extremely slow, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. It’s sad to see a place I’ve been going to for years go so downhill.

Terrible service!! Waiter couldn’t have been less attentive. Took forever to great me and my aunt. Did not ask for a drink order and interrupted us as we were ordering. Did not check on us after we received our salad or wine. Took him over 30 mins to bring out my pasta. Just overall seemed like he did not want to be here. Payed zero attention to us and just overall hated his attitude towards us. Wish he told us his name but that’s just one more thing he forgot to do.
