We showed up just as the manager/owner was locking the door to close up for the day. (I didn’t check the hours before going, my bad). But she motioned us in and was very pleasant while preparing our to-go order. A big THANK YOU for service above and beyond! And yes the subs were very good too!

Under new management – first time here after new people took over – They are taking pride in baking breads, in making Subs and in keeping customers happy and satisfied. Cleanliness is their other plus point. I love this location, these new operators and their enthusiasm to keep customer happy. It is bit out of way for me, but I will only buy my subs from here only now on.

One particular worker really ruined my experience. She seemed disgusted to be at work and angry with me for having the audacity to be ordering a sandwich at lunch time. She was rude and mean when I didn’t know the exact name of the cheese I wanted. Everyone else is nice, she is just awful. Sandwich was hastily thrown together by her as well. Other workers have made better sandwiches, but if I go when she is there I really end up regretting it.

I ordered on postmates for double cheese and meat and ranch on the side. when it was delivered, I had neither. When I called the store, the associate didn’t know when the manager was going to be in again? and couldn’t do anything for me. I asked him what his name was as a reference and he wouldn’t give it to me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I waited an hour and was over charged for a menu item. Worst customer service ever. No apology, no help. Furthermore, when I explained that the order was through Postmates he seemed like he cared even less. Why have your items on a delivery service if you comprise quality?

Terrible service. Cathy was beyond rude and treated me and everyone else I saw her interact with as if we were stupid. The bathroom situation? A complete and udder nightmare. “Open to paying customers” but not really. Sad I wasted my money here.

The food is very fresh and the sandwiches are made perfectly! My only complaint is how long it takes to get these sandwiches. I have been here on multiple occasions and it has taken about 10-15 minutes both times when I was the only customer in line (with only two 6″ sandwich orders)

I have Celiac disease and thetefote must eat gluten free. In order to get a gluten free salad made, gloves must be changed, hands must be washed, knives must be cleaned, and food options in the bins must not have any crumbs on them. This near impossible, and I advise all people with Celiac disease or food allergies not to eat there, particularly because when asked to change gloves and wash hands, there are workers at all locations who act completely put out as if they’d prefer to leave their gloves on and put me in hospital.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Hastily thrown together and fell apart while eating. Won’t be back

What a disgustingly dirty store. Garbage all over the floor, tables dirty, ad the bathroom unswept.
