Peaches was absolutely amazing—so informative about the menu and incredibly sweet! I truly appreciated her patience and outstanding customer service. DeRussell was also very kind and patient; both of them really knew the menu back and forth and made great recommendations.
I came in with a big family and a serious craving for delicious seafood, and they did not disappoint. They kept me informed about the wait time, served everything hot and fresh, and did it all with a smile. It’s rare to find service this attentive and welcoming. We felt taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back—Nadia Barrios I LOVE THIS PLACE

I’ve been going to Lotus since their first location, and their crawfish fried rice with extra crack sauce is absolutely delicious—it’s so good that it might just put you to sleep! When crawfish are in season, their quality and seasoning are quite competitive.
I recently heard that they introduced a seafood Cajun ramen, and I was a bit skeptical at first since I wasn’t sure how it would taste. However, I can confidently say it’s super flavorful and creamy, packed with shrimp, crawfish tails, sausage, corn, and a lemon wedge. The lemon really enhances the flavor! Surprisingly, the ramen noodles are of good quality and not those instant noodles. Since trying it for the first time, I ordered it again because I loved it so much. I’d rate it a 9 out of 10. It was a little salty for my taste, but I generally eat low-sodium food. This is my cheat day restaurant

While visiting family in Houston, Tex. we stopped at The Lotus Seafood Restaurant (Bissonnet at 59 location) which is one of my grand daughter’s favorite seafood spots. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful with ordering and our order was prepared quickly. The Lotus came through delivering a variety of delicious food to everyone in our group of five. I had the Chicken Lo Mein Noodles that were seasoned well and had good meaty portions of tender chicken. Other family members opted for crab and shrimp dishes. We had just returned from spending time and enjoying the seafood in New Orleans and to be honest, The Lotus Seafood Restaurant did not disappoint. The Lotus Seafood Restaurant actually surpassed some of the restaurants we ate at in the Big Easy. There’s ample onsite parking available and they also offer online ordering. The Lotus has a large inside dining area with plenty of tables. If in the area definitely give them a try and don’t forget to try their lemonade (adult version) and their signature “Crack Sauce”.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment while I was patronizing your business.
While I was parked correctly and waiting for my order, my vehicle—a black Dodge Charger—was struck in what turned out to be a hit-and-run. Other customers entered the restaurant shortly after and asked who was driving the black Charger, informing me that my vehicle had been hit. Unfortunately, the individuals responsible had left approximately five minutes prior to me being notified.
I immediately approached the manager/owner on duty, Michael, to ask for assistance in obtaining any information that could help identify the individuals involved. I understand and respect that any footage or details would need to be provided directly to the police. However, I was told that there are no security cameras facing the front of the restaurant, which I find concerning, as it poses a safety issue for customers and their property.
What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or professionalism displayed during this interaction. Michael did not express any sympathy, did not ask if I was okay, did not apologize for the incident occurring on the premises, nor did he offer to assist by calling the police. His demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful during a stressful situation.
As a loyal customer who spends money at your establishment more than 13 times a year, I expected a higher level of care and concern. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and reconsidering my continued patronage.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should feel disregarded in a situation involving their safety and property.

The experience was nothing short of what I expected. I’ve been following them for years on social media and finally got a chance to check it out. I had the “crackafella” oysters with a lil shrimp boil in the side. You only get ONE potato and ONE corn, so order extra if you a foodie like me. My friend had the shrimp&crawdish Alfredo. She gives it a 7.5 out of 10. Definetely could’ve been more crawfish, less pasta. I still chose 5 stars because overall, no huge complaints. Service was great. I think the man said his name was Trey….he was awesome and everyone else was too. Def go check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

The catfish filets were crispy on the outside, flaky and tender inside and seasoned just right. The fried shrimp were huge, juicy, and packed with flavor. They didn’t skimp on size or taste! The gumbo was rich and savory.
The corn on the cob was spicy, buttery, and bursting with flavor. The chicken wings had a crispy skin, juicy meat, and bold seasoning The hushpuppies were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, with a hint of sweetness that balances all the savory.
While the fried okra was a little soggy for my taste, the crack ranch that it comes with was literally crack. The oysters had a bit too much batter but were decent.
All in all, Lotus Seafood delivers big on flavor, portions, and Southern comfort. I can’t wait to go back!

It was delicious!! Our cashier was very helpful giving us ideas of what to eat! We got the crab legs and shrimp. It was very good! We even happen to show up during happy hour and they had 2.00 lemon drops! I expected it to be greeted by a hostess and a waiter but that’s not the type of restaurant it is. Pretty laid back! I liked it! The fried green tomatoes were delicious, too!

Lotus Seafood is absolutely on point! It wasn’t packed but still had a steady flow of people, and you could just feel the good vibes everyone around us was clearly enjoying some amazing food. I have to give a shoutout to their crack sauce it’s now packaged properly so no more spills (thank you for that!). The crawfish were big, juicy, and seasoned to perfection.
What really stood out was how organized everything was. No crowds of people just standing around waiting on food. They’ve got a digital board showing when your order is being prepared and when it’s ready, plus a texting system that tells you exactly when to head up to the pickup counter. Super efficient and stress-free.
The only tricky part is parking this is a busy shopping center, so it can be a little chaotic. And if you’re not from the southwest, this area might be a bit of an adjustment. But once you taste the food and experience the smooth service, it’s all worth it. Highly recommend!
