I’ve ordered from this location twice in the last 3-6 months and both times theyve gotten my order wrong. Not to mention, every time I walk in there no one looks like they want to be there. Pepperoni was one of my requested ingredientes and when I opened the box, Not a pepperoni was in sight and the crust feels hard and looks like it was over cooked. I couldn’t go back today so I was offered a credit for a free pizza. Hopefully I can redeem this from any location because I never want to step into that store again; the attitudes they’re preparing people’s food is not the type of energy i want transferring into my body. Whether they’re even following proper sanitary protocol is also questionable.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a pizza place. My pizza arrived burnt to a crisp, and when I called, the store tried to claim it was “supposed to be like that” because it was well-done. Since when does well-done mean inedible?
Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I’d have to reorder and pay again, and all they offered was a useless $5 credit. Absolutely unacceptable.
If this is how they handle their customers and their food quality, it says a lot about how the store is being run. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d recommend thinking twice before you do.

So I ordered 2 pizzas online. I went to go pick them up. As I walk in i see 2 employees making pizzas and one labeling boxes so I wait…and waited…and waited. The one employee labeling boxes looks at me square in the face and said nothing then went back to labeling. The 2 making pizzas had their back turned to us no acknowledgment there either. So I shouted, ‘will no one even just acknowledge yall have customers that walked in and are waiting”. The one labeling boxes tried to throw blame to the ones making the pizzas. Those 2 looked like a deer in headlights. A simple ‘Welcome to Papa John’s someone will be right with you’ goes a long way. I was more furious when one of the pizza makers came over,dusted her hands on her apron then proceeds to give me my pizza that had just been sitting on the counter. These employees at that location needs to be restrained on proper customer etiquette and simple friendliness. Pizza was ok. Couldn’t even enjoy it after that experience

Pizza was consistent with other Papa John’s. I do want to point out a worker there, My wife and I was waiting for the pizza and they made sure to let us know when the pizza was done. They continued to make sure we knew the status of it and brought it over to us when completed.

This location has forever changed my opinion about Papa Johns. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and tastes great. Order is always accurate. Staff is always friendly. Always offer plates and napkins. And they smile!! I hope someone high up sees this cause this location needs all the praise.

I have never been so disgusted with the service at a restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the experience was horrible. I called out “sir” multiple times—at least 12—and the guy working the counter completely ignored me, even though I had just watched him talking with another employee moments before.
When a young woman finally came over, she acted like I was disturbing her personal time. She had her Beats headphones in, stayed on her phone, and barely acknowledged me when I said I was there to pick up my order. She just stared at me until she was done, and then continued scratching her head with long, dirty nails before handling my food.
I asked her if she had put on gloves at any point during this process, especially since another worker in the back was prepping pizzas and subs barehanded. Her response? With attitude: “We don’t wear gloves here.” That was enough for me. I left my order behind and walked out, and I will never return to this location again.
Sanitation and customer service clearly mean nothing here, and that is unacceptable—especially when handling food.

Food is great and classic! Delivery/takeout is always ready in a pretty quick manner. The customer service of employees definitely is not the best if you have to go in stores, and picking up for takeout you really have to make sure you actually get all the sauces you paid for.

This was my first time ordering from Papa Johns. I went with the small pizza, loaded with barbecue sauce and topped with grilled chicken and bacon. It tasted really good! The pizza had a solid amount of cheese – just right. What caught me off guard was finding a pepper and garlic sauce tucked away in the box too. I ordered via Uber Eats and it arrived in just 20 minutes – that was excellent service.

Order food and they never delivered after calling multiple times it took two hours for a re delivery for it to come to me. They never dropped the first order off and tried to argue they did. Worst pizza store in area to order from, management doesn’t care and let’s staff take food from deliverys for themselves.
