Never got my bacon, my drink was flat. The floor was disgustingly sticky, waitress were complaining and yelling, three people who came in after us got served food before we ever got our drinks. Asked for bacon to be taken off check for never receiving it and she only took one dollar off. I come to wa ho often and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. Do not recommend this location

Service started with the waitress apologizing for our wait with a comment about the cook causing problems. My dad ordered a diet coke and I ordered a sweet tea. Two diets were brought. We ordered our food with clearly stated items. All star with bacon, waffle included, and hashbrowns with ham and chili. A sausage biscuit and grits. When I food arrived we informed the waitress of tbe drink error and I noted that my hashbrown order was wrong. It had cheese on it instead of chili. My dad asked for butter for his grits and my waffle wasn’t delivered. At the end of our meal when she came back by I asked for the waffle, its apart of the meal I ordered. She brought me an undercooked waffle that was mushy in the middle. Everything that was wrong with our meal was 100% under her control to get/make correctly. Her attitude was uncaring and forgerful. Needless to say we were disappointed. The two stars is for the food, what the cook made was great, everything under her control was terrible customer service.

We have been to several Waffle Houses all over Georgia. This location by far is one of the best in service, food quality and cleanliness. In fact when they opened their coolers inside was neat, clean and organized. My husband has worked in the food industry in the past and he noticed the cleanliness first. When I mentioned it to the Manager she attributed it to her team. Love this Waffle Houses!

Went in tonight for a cheese omelet. Was looking forward to a Waffle House Fluffy omelet. What I got was a overcooked flat omelet. Cook told me it was a old fashioned and she couldn’t make the fluffy one. The waitress was nice the cook was rude. Grits were lumpy and runny.
