I know a lot of people don’t love chain restaurants, but honestly, I really like it. The prices are excellent, especially for wine — great value. It’s well located and parking is easy, which already helps a lot. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable.
The real highlight for me is the bread they serve at the start — so good. I also really like the unlimited salad option, which is perfect if you want to eat something fresh before the main dish. There’s soup too, but the salad is definitely worth it. The entrees are solid, nothing mind-blowing, but for the price, it’s totally worth going once in a while. Service is fine, and overall it’s a pleasant place to sit, eat, and relax. Even being a chain, it’s a good spot.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it turned into a real pleasurable meal. The food was delicious as always but the service was impeccable. Francisco treated us with care, he wasn’t overly pushy or trying to upsell us on anything. He was kind and very professional. Gretchen, one of the restaurant managers also came to check up on us, asking how our day was and if we were enjoying the meal. We’ve been to Olive garden hundreds of times but this level of service needs to be recognized. Good job sir and thank you.

It had been over a year since I’d been able to enjoy one of my favorite meals—my fiancé isn’t a pasta lover, and I haven’t been able to convince him to go since we started dating on May 26, 2024. So tonight, I decided to treat myself after work, and it felt like a small, personal celebration.
I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with salad, calamari to start, and a watermelon sangria—and everything was absolutely delicious. But what truly made the evening so memorable was the kindness and warmth of Angelica, my server. She was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. We chatted for a bit, and her sweet demeanor made me feel right at home. It wasn’t just dinner—it was a moment of peace, connection, and joy in the middle of a busy week.

The food was acceptable but the service was terrible on a quiet night . We waited almost 45 minutes for food to be served. The server disappeared a number of times and when we finally asked for our bill she argued that she was busy (with probably 3 other tables), didn’t clear the table until we asked her to do so (she never really finished). She said she would have the manager come but that never happened. Clearly the training there is lacking – we both worked in restaurants for many years – would never have argued with a customer. I would have been fired if I behaved like this person did.

The food was decent but not the best. I ordered the Tour of Italy, and the tomato sauce was underwhelming—definitely mid or below mid. However, the garlic bread and soup were good. The Shrimp Fritto Misto was also tasty, but the portion was small, especially considering it came with fried green peppers, which I found a bit strange.

I’d like a round of applause for our server River. We stopped in tonight because we couldn’t think of a different restaurant that was calling our name and this one is on our way home. In the food industry it’s truly rare to find a server with a genuine hospitable personality anymore. River has just that trait. Drinks never left empty, he anticipated our needs and knew exactly what we needed before having to ask for it. All around exceptional service. Thanks River!
