I had an amazing experience thanks to Korey, our bartender. He was not only funny but also incredibly welcoming, making the entire visit feel personal and enjoyable. From the moment we sat down, Korey greeted us with a big smile and a sense of humor that instantly lightened the mood. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and his cheerful energy made the evening unforgettable. If you want to feel at home while enjoying great drinks, Korey is the bartender to look for!

Normally I Don’t Order From This Location But This Picture Was The Only Food Out Of The 71$ I Spent That Was Decent Enough To Eat Dispite Everything Being Cold! My Order Was To Be Ready At 9:25pm To Get There At 9:31pm! Waited Bcus No One Was There To Service??? Didn’t Make Absolutely No Sense For My Food To Be That Cold! I’m Assuming They Gave Me Preheated Old Food (Which I’m Feeling To Be A Fact) Now Im Super Mad I Literally Just Tossed It To The Neighborhood Cats Bcus At That Point I Wasn’t Gonna Eat It or Take It Back When They Closes At 10pm (Which I Didn’t Realize) Or Keep It To Waste, So I Figured The Cats Gotta Eat Too & Throwing Away Food Is A Big No No In My Family, Everything Was Bullshid Cooked Shrimp Battered Taste Like Burnt Grease & Had An Awful After Taste! It’s always a pleasant experience at this Applebees. My family is always able to enjoy themselves and have a meal that fits their diet without issues. It’s never too noisy or crowded and the service is always good. This is one of the very few restaurants where I never have anything bad to say. Heck, if you’re up for a short walk you can even charge your car up on the opposite side of the area while your eating at the nearby EVGO. I never feel like I have to rush, if anything I go a bit slower while eating the let the car finish charging sometimes.

Lets just say the food is consistent, everything was hot, fresh and tasty, a signature of Applebees. The. Service was lackluster due to understaffing. DETROIT IS A TOUGH PLACE WITH, CUSTOMERS DEMANDING SO MUCH FOR THEIR PENNIES. NOBODY WANTS TO WORK HERE. THE PLACE WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS AND LESS THAN 5 SERVERS. I AM NOT SURE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO IMPROVE MORALE BUT IT WAS ICKY LISTENING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE IMPROMPTU PARTIES WITH 12 AND 20 PEOPLE AND FRUSTRATE THE SERVERS WITH SPECIAL REQUESTS. RUINED MY DINING EXPERIENCE. I SINCERELY WONDER WHY DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN VISIT SUCH ESTABLISHMENTS. APPLEBEES SHOULD LIMIT TABLE SEATING TO 6 OR LESS. People should be discriminated against based on attire and odor. IF THESE CUSTOMERS WANT A PARTY THEY SHOULD FREQUENT A BANQUET HALL. Finally, the air was constantly blowing inside in 12 degree weather. Once seated our server was polite apologized profusely and our food was fresh. I will not visit this location again unless during day and need a quick lunch. I visited with a group of my family and friends and they were not impressed with the quality of service and patrons.

My family and I ate at here after the auto show on 01/17. Ashley was our waitress and she did an excellent job. She greeted us and made sure to keep our drinks filled and that we weren’t missing anything. The food came out hot and was delicious. Keep up the great work!

We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We got to our table at 8:13. It is now
8:27. No waitress water or utensils. Then people that came after us was waited on. It seems like there is a waiter war at this location bc that was wild. Time now is
8:29 still nothing but menus.
The waiter finally came over and informed us she was triple side(what does that even mean ) Then she rushed off.
Several customers left because they didn’t have alcohol for 4 of the Muchos drinks. She finally came and took our order at 8:34. Food arrived at 8:55
MAKAYLA was great. Once she got going fast friendly attentive service. It was like we were her only concern in the restaurant even as her section began to fill up.

In Applebee’s with my family of 6. I alerted the waiter that is was my son’s 10th birthday. What was intentioned to be a great time and good experience it turned out to be a terrible experience. My wife ordered 2 henny punch drinks that were watered down. We weren’t given any silverware until we told the server about it and then he said they didn’t have any clean silverware a
which made my wife furious and when we ordered and received our hot wings for our appetizer they were extremely cold and we sent them back 2x. Also ordered spinach and artichoke dip which was runny and tasteless. For our entrées the wife ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. He shrimp was gummy and the potatoes that should have came loaded were not loaded but instead were cold. I ordered the O-M-Cheeseburger. It was burnt and COLD. The plate didn’t come out hot so id be able to enjoy the bed of queso cheese it was supposed to be brought out to me as such. I alerted the supervisor about how inconvenient our experience was going and the young man didn’t seem to have any empathy. Just told us he’ll talk to the waiter and get us situated. Terrible experience

Korey was an amazing bartender! Our drinks were perfect. We also grew up loving WWF so we really enjoyed wrestling they were playing today. I felt like a kid again and i’m so grateful we were able to have this experience! 10/10 would definitely recommend
