Marquette Masala Co. is outstanding.
I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala with basmati rice, garlic naan, cucumber raita, mango chutney, plus extra spice on the side. The tikka masala was rich and perfectly balanced, the naan was soft and buttery, and the raita was creamy and cooling, a perfect pairing. The extra spice on the side is a smart touch because you can dial your heat exactly where you want it. The mango chutney adds that sweet-tangy brightness that makes the whole meal feel sharper.
Menu-wise, I’m already eyeing biryani (chicken or vegetarian), vegan chana masala, fried rice (chicken or vegetarian), and pork vindaloo. They also run weekly specials.
Shoutout to the crew: Kyle Christian and Jacob Taylor are clearly putting real care into this, and Jake is integral to the kitchen operation and consistency.

Absolutely delicious. So glad this place is in Marquette! The owners are super nice, my order was ready super fast, and the food was phenomenal! Highly recommend, and if you’ve never had Indian food before, don’t fret! It’s not too spicy (you can add spice on the side if you want) and the chicken tikka misala is the perfect intro dish imo

If you’re in Marquette and craving something different, Marquette Marsala Company is absolutely worth the stop.
We finally stopped in and honestly… blew past expectations.
The vindaloo had that perfect slow-building heat not just spicy for the sake of it, but layered. You get the vinegar tang first, then the warm spices, and the heat rolls in after. Super balanced and actually addictive instead of punishing.
The chicken tikka masala was just as impressive on the other end of the spectrum. Creamy, rich, and comforting without being heavy. The sauce had real depth (not overly sweet like a lot of places) and the chicken was tender the whole way through.
Everything tasted fresh, intentional, and homemade the kind of meal where you keep saying “one more bite” until suddenly it’s gone.
We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

My parents and I had the chicken tikka and the chicken biryani. Both delicious but definitely a little under seasoned at least for my taste. Tossed a pinch or two of salt in the tikka super hot take out container and that was that. Harder to do with the biryani though.

Fabulous food and fantastic service! The fact that it’s just a pickup space changes nothing, the interaction I had with the staff was so warm and inviting that alone would bring me back. We tried the chicken tikka, chicken biryani and fried rice and every bite was amazing. The mango chutney and cucumber raita are the perfect accents and dips to each dish and the garlic naan. Can’t wait for more!
